Check-in was good and the front desk person was helpful getting us extra bedding. The hotel could use freshening up some, but we were able to get a good night's rest and that is so important when traveling. Our room was good and complimentary breakfast was plentiful.

This place is just an average roadside hotel. It has the old stucco walls, but has otherwise been nicely updated. The bed was comfortable. The person who checked me in wasn’t especially nice. I would probably try another place if I am in Roswell again, but I was able to get a good night’s sleep.

Booked a double queen room for my family of four. The room we were given at check in reeked of pee. Someone had soaked either the bed or the carpet and the management considered it rentable. This place was somehow completely booked. Replacement for our pee room was a single bed suite with a pull out in the love seat.... More

The hotel was clean and very reasonably priced compared to the other hotels I researched. The staff was helpful and gave us adjoining rooms. The pool was nice as well as the hot tub. I don't have one negative thing to say about this hotel. Pleasant stay.

Delightful accommodations. Writing a piece about New Mexico for Texas newspapers, and first night was in Roswell at Best Western Sally Port Inn. Could not have asked for more, and will return. They were particularly helpful to arrange mailings of 3# of pecans left in the room's refrigerators. (NM is about to become world pecan center, and we were given... More

We rode a motorcycle through Texas, New Mexico, and arizona. We had no reservations at any hotel. We used trip advisor extensively to help us locate clean reasonable hotels during our trip. Best Western Sally Port was the first BW we stayed in that had a lounge and restaurant. That was nice. The room was clean and comfortable and the... More

Bugs galore. An entomologists dream. Great for science projects and insect study. There were more beetles and other little black bugs crawling around than we had ever seen before in any other room we have stayed in.

Had a second floor room and had to lug heavy suitcases up stairs because there was no elevator. Also no sink outside the bathroom. Comfortable bed, quiet room, but only because we were on the back side of the hotel away from highway noise. Standard continental breakfast.

Comfy beds, clean room, and not a lot of noise. Stayed here on our family's 2 week cross country trip from CA to TN. Not anything fancy but we slept better here than we did at most of the other hotels we stayed at on our trip.

Although only a 2 story facility, there were NO elevators. My mom, who uses a walker and lives in assisted living, couldn't come up to the room. Staff was not sensitive to my needs, AT ALL. Checked out after 1 night.
