The park is a geological wonder! The color of the water is amazing and all of the lakes are fun to see and hike up and down the ridges. Beautiful scenery all around. If you look at the park on a map using satellite, you can see how they are actually sinkholes!

Camped for 3 nights in a motorhome. Pull thru sites available. Just gorgeous rock formations and there are trails , fishing, swimming in one the larger of the lakes. Climbing rocks. Just great. Be sure to stop at the visitor center in the park to meet Jim Hunt. He's such a nice gentleman and has a lot to show you... More

I camped here and enjoyed a safe nights rest traveling alone female. Sunset gorgeous. Nice but short bike trail. Campground host very helpful. Easy drive into Roswell for coffee next morning. Swimming great. Beautiful lake.

Arrived late just before dusk. Was hoping that this campground would be a gem because it was so far off the interstate but it wasn't. Given it had rained and snowed for the two days prior to our arrival so everything was muddy. Couple that with the time of year (jan/winter) with everything looking dead as well as the tiny... More

We were there in off season-September. Clean campground with wonderful lake to swim in! Camp host Bert is super knowledgeable about the history of the area. The visitors center is a must see to understand the scope of the sinkholes that created the lakes.

Went years ago when I was in high school, now that I have 3 boys it was a blast! They loved playing in the sand and water! We rented a paddle boat and a paddle board for a total of $15 for an hour. We were worn out after the hour and went back to playing in the sand and... More

Located 12 miles from Roswell. Do not listen to the shortcut directions from the campground host unless you want to waste an hour driving through backroads - trust your GPS. If you are here for the sole purpose of visiting Roswell, stay at one of the campgrounds on the outskirts of Roswell. The park roads are in poor condition and... More
