Hotel very cute and clean, very gentle and available personnel. The room was quite big with: bed with three pillows, a big table, microwave oven, refrigerator with a small freezer. The bathroom was clean with new faucets. Just 60 dollars per night breakfast included. Breakfast was milk, juices and coffee. Muffins&co were bought at the grocery. Great price/quality ratio, definitively... More

We had booked 1 room, but when we got there they had another one available so we were able to book 2 rooms for around $100. Rooms were very nicely remodeled, everything was clean.. Beds were comfortable as well... The only down side was that where our rooms were the parking wasn't the greatest, and it looks like they took... More

It was clean...enough. Laminate flooring, not carpet was appreciated. Bathtub had mold on outside and on grout. Sheets were clean enough. Coffee for in room machine was in a lidded styrofoam cup. No alarm clock in room. Had to ask for one from front desk. Heliport behind hotel was....interesting. We had the foresight to bring earplugs which made for a... More

At only $55 for 2 beds (3 people), this was the best value of our trip (a week around NM & AZ). Plus, the mattresses were DIVINE. The place advertised its pillow-top mattresses, and they were the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. (In fact, I looked at the label so I could buy one.) The place doesn't look... More

For under fifty bucks, thats cheap. First time I've rented a room under 50 bucks! However based on other reviews of this motel, we decided to give it a shot since the reviews by normal folks were good. No problems here. Everything was good except I will critique housecleaning on one thing: A couple of HAIRS in the bathroom. Cmon... More

This motel didn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms were clean and well maintained. They were set back from the road as well so traffic noise wasn't an issue. We found the owners very pleasant and welcoming. It was only five minutes from the centre of town by car, but far enough out to be in a... More

After receiving a terrible room at the Budget Inn on 2nd Street, we went down Main Street to see if we could find other accomodations. Unfortunately, this was the weekend of the Senior Olympics and most were already filled up. We tried a few other hotels but found they were completely filled up so we tried this Budget Inn expecting... More

Clean, Comfortable, Affordable and Friendly! What more could you ask for? They called us and let us know we could check in early when we arrived to town ahead of schedule. It is an older hotel but well maintained. There was a complimentary breakfast and it satisfied the kiddos. I was very happy they shipped to me the electronic device... More

We went during the UFO Festival, when many hotels were sold out or had raised their prices so high, we didn't consider them as an option ($159 for Days Inn???). Mr. Bhaktal, the owner's son, offered the room with a queen bed for $59 a night. It looks like a motel built in the 1950s, one story with several separate... More

To start with, everyone needs to visit Roswell at least once in their lives! We (a couple) decided to spend a night in Roswell in order to see the Carlsbad Caves next day (which are located not that far from there) but also to enjoy some "alien" atmospheric stay. We were lucky enough to stay in this nice motel, which... More
