Outstanding in every way. The Breakfast was amazing and the customer service was so outstanding that I sought out the general manager to ask how they achieved that level of customer service from every employee. Our rooms were out of this world. The beds and pillows were like sleeping on clouds.We are already looking forward to our next trip there. more

This is a very nice hotel. The service at the front desk was outstanding!! I went for a concert at the Santa Ana Star Center and the front desk already had maps ready and a list of places to go afterwards!!! AMAZING!! I Would Just Like To Say That My Time Spent At The Ramada Ltd. In Rio Rancho Was Outstanding! They Provided A Great Continental Breakfast Included In The Room Rate. And The Front Desk Clerks Were Very Nice & Helpful! I & My Family Will Stay There Exclusively When We Are In Rio Rancho. Sincerly, T. Ben-Tzahal more

I stayed at the Ramada for two weeks while selling my house in NM. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean. Their pool and spa were always clean as well. I recommend the Ramada if you are staying in the Albuquerque area. more

This Hotel has great staff and great continental breakfast and is very reasonable. Whatever you need the staff will try to accomodate you. This Hotel has a indoor pool and a computer in the lobby to access your emails. Great Hospitality.The location is ideal for touring around the area. more
