After staying one night from Tampa Airport Marriot hotel, we had stayed at this Rio Rancho Inn for three nights with Jacuzzi and fire place (gas burning) room during weekdays. (I didn’t know they had 3 nights Stay one night free offer but I got future one night free credit.) Staffs were extremely kind and smiling with professional attitude. It... more

I've been to a total of 38 countries and needless to say, stayed in motels to hotels to 7 star monuments. This was my first time in NM and I am compelled to write this review about my stay at the Inn at Rio Rancho. The moment I arrived in NM, I saw your usual countless Inns, Motels that you... more

Looks are decieving. I walked into the lobby.. it was cooler outside than it was inside. The first thing I saw in my room was hair in the sink and hair in the shower. Good thing for disinfectant wipes. The chair in the room is dirtly. The AC was on for 4 hours until it started to cool off, that... more

My family and I stayed at the INN for almost a week. We loved the rate value, comfortable rooms, and amazing courtyard. The grass was beautiful, the trees were all in full bloom, and the swimming pool was sparkling clean. We especially enjoyed the Rise & Shine complimentary breakfast with many great choices including eggs and fresh fruits. We ate... more

Rooms: Spartan, dark, and dingy with all the ambience of a prison cell; in need of a deep cleaning. "Free wi-fi:" yes--in the lobby. Breakfast: served on unadorned folding bingo hall tables in a non-descript conference room and typically undersupplied. Pool: yes, when cleaned and operational in season (guess we were out of season; a major dissatisfier for our daughter).... more

We have stayed at the Inn at Rio Rancho several times - back when it was a Best Western. The rooms and the lobby were tired back then - and the bad reviews were deserved. BUT- they have done a total remodel and the results are terrific. The rooms are spacious, and ours had a kitchen with a refrigerator, hot... more

We had read the bad reviews of the Rio Rancho Inn & Conference Center and were a little reluctant to stay there. When we arrived we found a motel in the midst of a total do over. They were installing a very funky Mayan themed lobby and entry. The staff was friendly and helpful and the new manager very eager... more

The hotel is being remodled with beautiful rooms located on 5 acres with a 300 person meeting room and steak restaurant. They are doing a great job of remodeling the property. It is comfortable and clean. They have a great website at www.riorancho-inn.com which was easy to book the room online at a great price. more

This place is horrible. Linen wasn't changed, reported it, still didn't get changed. Fitness room had ceiling tiles laying on floor. Pool was full of leaves. Got overcharged. Then they charged my travel card and didn't credit my room. Got charged for a dog and then they want to charge agin for the same charge. The mattresses are so old... more

This place could be nice but the management seems like they want it to stay a "dump" and an eyesore to the community. The grounds look like no one ever gave it any attention since the place was built in the 1800's. I don't know what continent the continental breakfast was from but it was not North America. All you... more
