Definitely a 1.5 - 2 star motel, but for the price, I have no real complaints. Pros: *polite staff *ample-sized room *clean, even though old *quiet *air conditioner worked fine *refrigerator and microwave in room *continental breakfast included Cons: *very limited parking if you're pulling a trailer *bath/shower caulking moldy (in fairness, though, no more so than a typical home... After driving 12 hours, my husband and I had a reservation here. We were tired or we would have left. The carpet was dirty and I had to wear my shoes to cross the room. There were dead and flying bugs in the room. The bathroom floor was sticky and the window sill was dusty so It left marks in... More

My husband and I were stopping through on our way back home to Tx. He read the reviews and thought he would save a few $. Well I refused to stay, and they refused any type of refund. We were there 5 mins and left. It had a tube tv, stains all over the out dated carpet. A window unit... More

This is an older motel that has been kept up very well. Was so surprised at the size of the room - very large with two double beds, good sized refrigerator and nice sized table and chairs - with plenty of room to move around in. The beds were really comfortable and price is reasonable. This place is pet friendly... More

Other reviews were right on. This place was super clean, very quiet and so reasonably priced. The room smelled nice and fresh. Bathroom was spotless. The room was huge by today's standards. we had two double beds and tons of room to walk around. And, it had two sinks with a big countertop. I have never seen this in any... More

Very large nice room. It was clean and quiet. The bed was really comfortable and nice sheets and pillows. The price was very reasonable. It was the first time we had stayed at this chain and we will again. The staff was welcoming and friendly too. The breakfast was basic continental.

We stopped here while driving from Texas to Colorado. The roads were bad and a lot of hotels were sold out. This one is pet friendly. We slept OK & the room was clean. Wouldn't stay here longer than 1 night though.

This was a very nice and clean hotel. Yes, it is an older style as we have found with Americas Best Value Inns, but it was very pleasant and friendly. The price is right, the room was very large and one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in. We would stay here again. The parking lot was large enough... More

A good deal for a nice room. I think. I did find one empty packet of peanuts that seemed to have missed the wastebasket about halfway into our evening there but wasn't sure if my husband was responsible for it and forgot to ask. Sheets were clean (love it when they are white), carpet had seen better days but was... More
