From the street this was a very clean & well kept motel, which is why we chose it, It is an older style motel with basic rooms. It was very quiet with noise at all. It was well priced. They do not provide breakfast but gave us suggestions of where to eat near by.

A dated but very clean comfortable room. Small fridge, no microwave, old TV. Everything works. Quiet place. Family owned. Owners quite friendly and nice. Why give your money to some chain or corporation. Pool looked well maintained and clean.

Even though the room was dated, it was clean and quiet. I was disappointed that there was no restaurant, but the man checking us in had several recommendations. We ended up eating fast food from a nearby eatery. Next time I will consult all the reviews before stopping. We would probably not stay here next time!

I passed up several motels to stay here because of the reviews I read on google. The staff was friendly on arrival, the only room left was a smoking room, but again. I really wanted to check this place out eventhough sinuses were already acting up. The place is clean and appears well kept. It is cute and very retro.... More

Owners have had this place since the 70's. They were very helpful and kind. Convenient location. We were impressed with the cleanliness and could back our truck full of camping gear up to our outside entry door. The price was very reasonable, can't beat it.

I called Robin Hood motel and asked about their rates for a King room. The man answered shortly "We don't have any of those." As I began to ask about different rooms, I heard a click and realized he hung up on me. I was polite with him and he didn't even say goodbye. Glad he didn't have a room... More

The owners were every bit as friendly and helpful as before. The hotel is older, but well maintained. Rooms are dated, but clean and spacious enough. I can actually walk in the morning after sleeping on the firm mattresses, something I can't even do when I get up at home. Big Kmart is extremely close as is the eating places.... More

This hotel was the first one we spotted that advertised it had free wifi on our way into Raton. We were glad we stopped here as the room is nice with lots of light and has a huge dressing area and coffee maker. Then, we tried the beds, and couldn't believe they could be even harder than the last place... More

Attractive new carpet in room. Liked the old linoleum color and design in the bathroom and entry, and it was in good condition. Room was clean. My bed was comfortable; my travel companion felt her bed was uncomfortable. In-room coffeemaker, which I like. Good ice machine on the premises. No fridge or microwave in the room. Free wifi was spotty.... More
