We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean rooms, friendly staff and they make an excellent pumkin mocha latte. Resteraunt was nice and food good. If i had to say any opportunity the pillows were tiny.... But no biggie. We would stay again.

My husband and I have been married for 45 years and we love Sky City Hotel and Casino. We have been staying their off and on for years. The staff are some of the most helpfull and courteous people you will ever meet. We enjoy the clean rooms, the breakfast buffett, the drawings and the slots. I highley recommend this... More

After visiting the Acoma pueblo, we were slightly skeptical to stay at night in a casino. It was a big mistake : the hotel is quiet (we were on the 3rd floor), very clean, the rooms are large and equipped like international hotel networks' ones, the staff is very kind and efficient. The value for money is the best we... More

My parents and I recently stayed here for the Laguna feast and after being in the car fifteen hours, our check in was fast and even offered a tribal discount! Anthony at the front desk was very professional and kind. When I couldn't figure out how to use the ac in the room, he personally came and showed us how... More

Early in September three of us stayed at the Sky City Casino Hotel. We arrived late in the evening after a long day of driving and sightseeing. The service I received at the front desk upon check in was over the moon. Our stay was not with the intent of visiting the casino. Our stay was for a good night's... More

I booked my stay during a bike race event for a package deal. Not only did we not receive the free breakfast promised, no one seemed to know about the promotion. The flyer for the promotion was on the desk and I pointed it out, so we were given vouchers for $5 off breakfast. That is not free breakfast. Room... More

Dear Guest, I assure you It was never my intent to frustrate you. I did eventually go ahead and refund you the entire amount. Not an excuse, but it did take some time to do the research and find out exactly what the confusion was. I assure you we will learn from this issue and make sure we are clearer... More

Great little park! Friendly, helpful staff. This is always a must stop for us . A certain amount of highway traffic noise, however that's to be expected. Pets are welcome. No hassle with service animals.

We stayed here one night in the recommendation of the tourist bureau and were not disappointed. It's a way out of town, but everything else is spot on. This is a casino complex on an Indian reservation, and no alcohol is served. I found it refreshing you stay away from the traffic and congestion. Staff were attentive, professional and helpful... I had seen the billboards all along I-40 for Sky City Casino and Hotel so after a long day working and driving I decided to stop for the night. After going through the check in process (they want a lot of info) they informed me it was a dry hotel, no alcohol. They should tell customers that before check in... More

I was hesitant to stay in a casino hotel. However, the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was not that great. We bought the package that included the room, breakfast, lunch coupon at Sky City visitor center, camera permit and the tour for Sky City. Be AWARE there is no alcohol allowed here. We like to have a glass... More
