Management and Tribal leaders need to look into upgrading this gem in Pojoaque. Rooms are supposed to be in process of remodeling, but can't tell, changing bedspreads and carpet doesn't mean remodel. Get in and really do some remodeling, we stay here alot instead of Buffalo Thunder due to the way we're treated. You have the BEST restaurant and little... More

A great price and a really clean room. The staff at the front desk were particularly helpful, especially Anna who was concerned about me having a good stay. I had difficulties with the internet, apparently MACs can be a problem. I never was able to get my email. The hotel in next to Tower Gallery, which is a must to... More

Pojaque Cities of Gold Casino and Hotel is showing its age. The hotel looks run down from the outside but the rooms are nice. I think they allow pets, so if your not a dog or cat person, beware. I have found crusty stains on the carpet, but I never go barefoot in any hotel room. The hotel doesn't have... More

I have stayed here many times and have never had a bad thing to say but something must've changed the hotel seems to be neglected a bit. My mattress wasn't even on the bed frame and the floor hadn't been vacuumed there was sunflower seeds on the floor in several areas. The bathroom was clean just not enough towels and... More

Rooms are nice and large, very quite. Refrigerator in room. Room was clean. Easy walking distance to Cities of Gold Casino. Bed was very comfortable. Air Conditioner could be a little better. Staff very friendly. Will stay again.

The room was quite nice. It was clean and had all the amenities. Was hoping the rate would be a little lower. It was $83 for a casino motel, which seemed quite high. This is one of those motels where you have to walk through an outside entrance and then through the interior to get to the room. The interior... More

Many rooms were reserved for an event that was being held at the hotel. Right before event (4 days) we learned that a staff member released our rooms and we had none...ugly! We got that straightened out the day before we arrived, but it merely kicked other party members out of theirs...what a pain. Sleeping was a challenge with small... More

We stayed at this charming, out-of-the-way hotel located next to the cities of gold casino, part of the pojoaque pueblo near Santa Fe, NM. This is the second review of this property in the last three years...they have finished some renovations and upgrades. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and show that they want your business. The rooms are... More

My construction crew begged me not to make their reservations again at this hotel. Our stay was over the course of month and each room was the same. Wallpaper was peeling badly in several places in each room, there were no outlet covers on several electrical outlets and shocked one of my guys, and the showers had mildew in them.... More
