This was our best visit yet. Decided to upgrade to superior room w/lake view and it was worth the extra money-very spacious. Everyone was very hospitable, friendly and helpful. Note: you can have complimentary microwave & fridge brought to your room. We checked in @ 3pm...with standard rooms we've never done that before. There's a $12 resort fee tacked on... More

Amazing property, beautiful rooms. Great food in both restaurants. Buffet was okay. Very fun night life and good sized casino. Food is a bit pricy but it is a resort. For activities, I would suggest ziplining and kayaking. Amazing golf course. Overall great!

My husband & I just returned from Ruidoso after having spent 4 days at the IOTMG where we had the most enjoyable stay. Ever. I wanted to tell everything before my memory fades, so here goes. We've been going to Ruidoso to ski and staying at the IOTMG for nearly 40 years but this was only the second time we've... More

We met our family there for a family reunion. The Inn was perfect. Each floor had large sitting areas with fireplaces and a perfect view if the lake. There were several restaurants to accommodate everyone's taste. There was a game room for children, pool, zip lining, hiking and lots of shopping in town. We are planning for next year.

We were excited to spend a few days in the NM mountains, unfortunately on the drive over, we experienced a family illness and had to cancel the 3 day stay. They refused to compromise and charged a full night's stay because we cancelled less than 48 hours ahead of the reservation. Just policy they said, no discussion, no compromise even... More

Our balcony room was great as were the amenities. The only downfalls were the lack of "healthy" eating choices and the ease of accessibility. There were no "mid-range" dining choices and it was hard to decipher the location of some of the features. As a result, we did not do all the things we would have done could we have... More

The new zip line at the Inn of The Mountain Gods and the surrounding scenery attracted my husband and I to the resort and casino. I'd give the zip line an A, but the resort itself, especially the grounds and lobby area, and its main restaurant barely deserve a C. There is so much missed potential in this property. I... More

Here for a Tourism event. This place is just beautiful. All rooms face a gorgeous lake surrounded by trees and mountains. The room is huge and well appointed. There is so much to do here--golf, casino, zip lines, kayaking, and more. The only negative is no wifi.

We visited last night with the purpose of spending a few hours in the casino. All in all we had a great time. The only drawback is that it is very smokey in the casino. I realize that most casinos have their fair share of smoke, but this was excessive. Perhaps the air system wasn't working?

We did not stay at the inn but went for the casino! You can't miss it! When you are driving you will see a mountain covered in snow that's how you know you are headed in the right direction. I thought this place was amazing. You drive up and there is a huge parking garage. The casino was great and... More
