I love to visit this place every time I come to Ruidoso because of the ambience. It is always clean and smells so good (except for the smoky casino!) and I noticed they've replaced the carpet since the last time I was here. Anyway, the bar makes the best quality drinks using top shelf liquor, so well worth the price.... More

Very nice Casino near Ruidoso, clean, a little smoky but this is a casino. Busy place on this Friday night. We had a good time and have enjoyed the bar. On day light the view outside from the atrium is great.

My husband and I went to El Paso to visit one of my daughters, at the same time another daughter joined us and decided to go to Ruidoso. Unfortunately, there was no room available at the Inn of the Mountain Gods, we had to book another hotel. The following day we visited Inn of the Mountain Gods and spent the... More

Don’t Trust the Lost and Found I accidently left three Chicos outfits (pants/skit, top, jacket, with corresponding jewelry) in a closet in a hotel room. I realized this a full day after I left the hotel on October 30. I called the Lost and Found Department on October 31. Tom assured me that that had the outfits and that they... More

I love Ruidoso its beautiful- we go here often and IOTMG is the best place to stay at- our room overlooked the river and made for awesome pics. Food there is eh not that great but its a casino buffet.

I Do Not Recommend This Hotel Casino to anyone. The beds and pillowsare hard as a rock , something you would find in a Low Rate Hotel/Motel. The Food and Service was Horrible. My husband and I ordered Room service for breakfast and he ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. When he pulled it a part it was so burned that... More

The said the hotel was beautiful and the fireplace in thelobby very nice overlooking the lake. However the customer service was very disappointiung. I have stayed here several times with no complaint. The front desk personell was... More

Many of the hotels/motels in the Ruidoso area can be hit or miss. I have stayed at this property several times in the past two years, and it remains consistently good. Lodging prices vary from season to season, but the the comparative value will always be one of the best in the area. The lakeview rooms with a balcony are... More

The property is beautiful!! Indoor pool was nice and the fitness center was too. Staff was friendly. We were not there for the casino but for hotel purposes. I would recommend it. Place was busy though. We didn't have reservations and were able to get a very large comfortable room on Chirstmas Day.

My new fiance and I had an absolutely horrible time ALL due to this hotel. If you decide to book a reservation with this hotel after reading this review, please be cautious on every interaction. Ski Package Debacle First, we ordered the ski package which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, transportation, rentals, lift tickets, and a room all for $549 -... More
