We came up to Ruidoso for a snowboarding trip and spent the night here. It's a little pricey but well worth the extra money. The interior of the resort really compliments the natural surrounding beauty of the forest. The lobby is absolutely stunning with Native American decor and an amazing lake view. We had a blast playing black jack and... More

We stayed at the Inn of the Mountain Gods while on a "road trip" Walking into the lobby of the hotel is breathtaking with the 3 stories of windows overlooking the lake & mountains. Krystal, front desk person, was very friendly with a great personality. We were given an upgrade so we had a king room with a balcony overlooking the... More

I LOVE that you can stay here and you have a casino, nightlife (especially if there is a concert), food, outdoor activities all at your fingertips. What I don't love is the service--not one person smiled at us or made us feel welcomed. The price is high for the condition of the rooms and I'm always leaving feeling overall unimpressed.... More

Went to the hotel and casino for our Valentine's gift. The hotel is beautiful, bu staff not trained in customer service. Was not told about renovations. Our room was spacious however our bed was sunken in in the middle. Could not give us another room due to sell out. Excuse me not sold out at least ten rooms on our... More

It has a casino which I usually do well in. We went and played blackjack. I usually play $50-$100 a hand. They asked me if we had a place to stay for the night since I was up quite a bit. A casino host came and invited me to stay for the night and he said and additional night wouldn't... More

This was our second visit to the Inn of the Mountain Gods. I really want to be able to rave about the place, but some of their staff make it hard. On our first stay, in the fall, we stayed in a suite, which was very spacious and nice. On that trip we had real issues in the buffet for... More
