When we got to Rancho Magdalena we were greeted by Lori and later joined by Lee. What a wonderful couple! The accommodations were beautiful, clean, and the beds were so comfortable. Loved the early coffee at our door and the breakfast was delicious. They were such fun to visit with and we really felt like if we lived in Magdalena... More

Lee and Lori run one of the best B&Bs i have ever stayed at. From the first email to the last goodbye, they were warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was tastefully decorated and provided everything you could want. The breakfast was four star in taste and worthy of Food and Wine cover page in presentation. Best of all, the... More

We spent just one night at Rancho Magdalena but wished we could have stayed longer. The room was beautiful and comfortable, owner Lee was very friendly and helpful, and the greeting from Peanut was very welcoming. Our dog, London, enjoyed the stay, too. Even his first encounter with a donkey.

The Rancho Magdalena run by Lee and Lori is without question the best of the best. The place is beautifully Southwest with many personal touches and every detail is attended to from the greeting to the hospitality to the quality of the sheets to the silver spoons that come to your room with morning coffee. There aren't sufficient adjectives to... More

I was on a road trip and the way the route worked out we had to stay in Magdalena. Thank god for that! We got to stay at Rancho Magdalena. The food was amazing, home cooked by one of the innkeepers. They have three enthusiastic dogs that just want to be your friend and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.... More

On our three week roadtrip we had planned to stay in Santa Fe and Albuquerque for several days and then drive to Arizona from there. I'm so glad we changed our plans and decided to go further south! From the moment I called Lori to enquire about availability we felt very welcome. Lee and Lori were really the best hosts... More

Oh my, we were lucky to have read about this B&B on TripAdvisor. We had made reservations for 2 nights at the Best Western in Socorro NM, but when we checked in, we found out that the Best Western had also booked 75 middle-school students for those 2 nights. There was only one adult on our floor, so the kids... More

What a delightful and tranquil place! Lee and Lori the hosts were so welcoming! Loved being able to walk the ranch and seeing longhorn cattle, chickens, horses, and a donkey. Our room was lovely and the night skies were star filled! We were spoiled with coffee at our door in the morning and Lori's famous french toast was delicious! Lee... More

We traveled to the area for holiday time with friends & family who live nearby. Fortunately, we found this top notch accomodation with plenty of personality. Our dog was with us and really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere for visitors of the four-legged variety. If you don't like animals you might not enjoy it as much as we did. When we... More

You don't have a lot of choices in this area and if you want to go to the VLA then Magdalena is your best option. Luckily Rancho Magdalena is here! We loved this B&B. We arrived late afternoon and after a warm welcome, Lee drove us to the highest point of the ranch to admire the view! it was lovely!... More
