Front desk extremely slow & poor English. Room is rundown at best. Towels dingy. Poor choice in a place to stay. Bed appears to be hard. Pillows (2) are very skimpy.ost places have 3 or more pillows. I will NOT ever stay in this facility again.

Staff rude, room filthy, holes in gray worn out towels, light bulbs burnt out, carpet hadn't been vacumned since I don't know when, owners had little dogs running around which then attacked my dog. Would never ever stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Our main criteria for the budget hotels where we stay most frequently when exploring the U.S. are these: low-to-mid-price; very clean; all amenities function well and none are broken; good hot water rapidly available; ambient noise minimal; beds fairly comfortable (we like them firm); WiFi highly desirable; and I add with emphasis, NO BEDBUGS. This hotel satisfies these criteria more... More

I live in Los Lunas and I can tell you the sign has said newly renovated for over 4 years. They keep it up to get tired people off the interstate to choose them over the others. So I definitely would not recommend a hotel to anyone when the owners have been blatantly lying for four years

Beware of the Bugs...in your room, in the hall way, in the pool, etc. Please check out your room before you check in because they will not give you a refund if you even been the room for five mins. I even lost my pet deposit.

I stayed there last night. The sign said "Newly Remodeled". The walls had holes in them. My sheets and blanket were full of holes. There was no remote for the television. There was a coffee pot, but no cups were provided. The furniture looked like it was pickud up off the curb on trash day. And the bathroom hadn't been... More

Stop by here at a late night, the room is very clean and bed is firm and comfortable. New flat tv and good sized refrig. Had a cup of hot coffee, grab a banana in the morning, didn't care for the rest. Very quiet, slept well.

This is the worst hotel experience of my life! The free "breakfast" consisted of a box of cereal and a gallon of milk with stale coffee and week old pastry looking things. Staying in a "newly renovated" hotel I expect fairly new amenities. The one towel we had for a family of five was so thin it ripped when I... More

Very clean room, wonderful beds... only one bulb in the light fixture in the bathroom out of four.... Bathroom was very adequate... loved all the counter space. Seemed to have several contractor type folks with wives who were at the hotel during the day while the men were at work....we never saw them as we left by 9am and came... More

After reading the reviews I was worried but I wanted a place that was cheap because I'm on a budget honestly this could be as nice as any hotel but there are maintenance issues and the sheets may have been clean but they were stained I brought my own sheets blanket and pillow the bed wasn't bad. Honestly I would... More
