I was a walk-in. It was an incredibly busy night, the hotel was having a wake for their beloved bartender who had just died. Seems like the entire town was there, which was a really heartwarming thing - it's rare that townspeople are as involved in a hotel. The old hotel was surprisingly well restored, especially the rooms and lobby. The bar was a little tacky and somewhat overpriced. My husband and I really liked the room and the ambience, but most of the staff members were cold and unhelpful. The food in the Landmark Grill restaurant was school-cafeteria-caliber with bizarrely high prices, and the waitstaff was harried and seemed miserable.
