We have stayed here several times, and we really liked the funky, laid-back atmosphere. The restaurant was very nice, and a great way to relax after a day in the car with the kids. HOWEVER - for heaven's sake fix the pool! It has been over a YEAR that the pool has not been working. I just called tonight, hoping... more

Stay away...save your money! This place is a class A dive. I would have expected to pay 4 bits for a dive like this. The outside it clean and looks very well maintained. DO NOT let that fool you. We booked a non-smoking room, and confirmed again at check-in. The room reeked of smoke! The carpet was stained and had... more

this is a quaint inn with friendly staff, but it needs a very good cleaning of carpets and bedspreads and needs pot holes fixed. more emphasis put on cleanliness, then it would really be a gem. Pool was not open either. left a frayed rag and asked to clean make up off with it. UUUgh, how disgusting. ac filter in... more

I live in Albuquerque and took my family to Las Vegas, NM and we stayed here one night. It is a pleasant place, quiet, with southwest furniture, decent water pressure, and clean. There is a restaurant at the hotel called Black Jacks, which is pretty good too. Call to make sure it's open, the schedule changes with the seasons. There... more

As parents of a student at United World College, we made four trips to Las Vegas, NM over two years. We first tried the Plaza, which is located in the most interesting part of town, but we found the staff unfriendly, the restaurant slow and the rooms unmodernized. Next visit was at the Comfort Inn, which had no character at... more

We stayed at the Inn for a week in April 07 while visiting family locally. We had driven and stayed in strip motels for the previous week, so were delighted with this personal, owner managed property. The individual rooms are based around a central green area, and are mainly in adobe style. We had two adjoining rooms, one with the... more

The bloom is off the rose. Long time visitors to the Inn on the Santa Fe Trail, we enjoy the charm. But it is in need of a good thorough cleaning and a little renovation to bring it back to what it was. more

There is "another" Las Vegas. It's in New Mexico and it has a pleasant hotel along the N. Grand Avenue. All ground floor rooms. Most are basic but there are some gardensuites with kitchens. Old fashioned place in adobe style. Excellent, but pricey, restaurant( no cellphones allowed!)with outdoor dining. Good clean pool area. Complementary cont. br. is very basic. No... more
