We stayed 10/5/13 and 10/6/13. We are tent campers so I can't really comment on the RV sites. PROS: -Owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all stages of the stay: reservation and all. -Night check-in was easy. We arrived at nearly 1 am and had no difficulties. -Bathrooms and showers were clean. -The site is the closest... More

We stayed in this KOA 7-4-13 and 7-5-13. We have stayed in several KOAs in the past and found this one to be sub-standard. It was obvious there had been a heavy rain as there was a lot of run-off and erosion. The dog park fence had been flooded underneath and a St. Bernard could get out of it. Sites... More

We arrived after driving all day from Wyoming...Giant crosswinds wore us all out (3 campers). When we arrived, we again asked for 1 site to be 50 amp...to be told by the woman checking us in "they are all 50 amp". After a lengthy checkin, complicated but not impossible, we were led to our sites. Most of the sites are... More

They were nice enough folks and my parents have stayed there plenty of times in the past. This year I had to stay in one of the cabins and got eaten up by some kind of bug. It was not mosquito either, must have been bed bug or some kind of mite. My back and forehead suffered for the night.... More

It was our first full day out on a 3 month trip and one of our three slide would not retract. Since there is no full-time RV repair shop in Las Vegas, the owner and staff help us manually retract the slide so that we could get to an RV shop. They were wonderful. The place is clean, and everyone... More

We live in SE New Mexico and often take our Airstream around the state. This trip we chose KOA. We can not say enough nice things about the owner and how they treat guests and how nice the property is kept. We had a small issue with electric hook up and it was resolved immediately. The grounds pretty and it... More

I am writing a response to the Bed Bug review. I am one of the owners of the Las Vegas New Mexico and, as has much of the country, had problems with bed bugs. We tried so many remedies and finally KOA Corporate came up with a solution and the problem has been nonexistent for at least a year now.... More

We booked the loft, apartment unit. Does not sleep 12 like website states. Looks amazing from the outside and is cute inside, however we were infested with BED BUGS from them. The owner apoligized and said she would refund the money, however, stayed in her own unit and did not offer any help or even come out to apologize in... More

A couple of hunting buddies and I stayed at the KOA, Las Vegas on a recent hunt. The lady who took the reservation (Debby) was a pleasure to work and very helpful. We stayed at one of the Camping Cabins although they do have trailer sites. The cabin was just what we were looking for; something nearby the hunting area,... More
