Driving into the parking lot we noticed that it was very well maintained. The hotel is right off the freeway, so I was a little concerned about noise, but I never heard a thing. As we entered the lobby at almost 9 PM, we were greeted by Stephanie who had a friendly smile and a cheery, "How can I help... More

The hotel was a Comfort Inn & Suites and I expected more from this hotel, I have to say that I will never stay at this hotel in the future. The front desk agents attitude was not pleasant. They made me feel as tho i was an inconvenience to them. The wifi was down our first night(Due to a blackout... More

We stayed for 5 days. The hotel is a bit older, but well maintained for the most part. It always bothers me to see dust collected around bathroom vents. I was bothered by that here, indicating that some maintenance has been deferred for some time. The breakfast served was good - however the hairs we found in the sausage one... More

Seems to be an older hotel but it is very clean and comfortable. I was a little worried it might be too noisy because of the area but it was very quiet. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and it's not too far from the highway.

Our room was both clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom was also clean as well as the shower. The staff at this hotel are both friendly and helpful. To get to the hotel, exit from I-25 at University Ave. You will go past the Comfort Suites & Sleep Inn on your right. Turn... More

As some have mentioned, the hotel is maybe ten years old. That does not mean it is not a great place to spend the night or nights. What matters to us is being greeted with a smile, having our reservation on file and correct, ( Juan straightened out my mistake when I made the reservation for March instead of February... More

Great location by the University. Great price. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was good. Like the choice of bed pillows as I am picky. The pool was wonderfully warm. Nice room with separate seating area. Didn't hear any traffic considering how close it is to the highway, however, did hear a lot of door slamming from other... More

We arrived very late and were happy there was no problem at check in. Room was clean, but all lights did not work. Had to remind front desk to replace/fix bathroom light and room light. Bathroom light was fixed, but room light never got fixed. Beds were comfortable, even the sofa/sleeper. Bathroom was clean, but sink drain was quite slow.... More

Check in and out was easy. Hot breakfast was nice, biscuits and gravy and more. The rooms are good size. However, The floors are noisy, feel sorry for those below if there are kids above. We forgot our swimsuits, so bring a swimsuit for a heated pool.

I admit that I was surprised at how nice and comfortable my room was, for a hotel near the highway. There was a big comfortable chair and a couch, and I liked having places to sit other than the bed or a desk chair. The location was ideal for visiting NMSU.
