The deadbolt to our room door had a gap--therefore--it would not close without my son and I lift the door. Also, my son had to notify the attendant that the Wi-Fi did not work. It finally did get fixed---NEVER AGAIN!!!

Horrible, just horrible. Not only did they lose my online reservation, I was forced to take a smoking room. They SAY they remodeled in 2011, and maybe they did.
