My family and I stay here every time we come to Las Cruces. This hotel is located well within Las Cruces so that you can get to the university easily and to other locations around the local area. We always have a friendly and pleasant stay at this hotel. more

I have recommended this hotel in the past and have stayed there several times but this last time was a complete disappointment. From a poorly handled check-in error to cold showers and conference rooms that lacked air conditioning I think service has slipped and I will be trying the competition next time. more

Location is very convenient, rooms are very nice and there's no outside noise. Desk clerk gave us a coupe of stellar recommendations for local mexican restaurants. This appears to be a former Hilton Hotel. The hotel staff were all friendly and accommodating. The public areas were clean and well-kept. The room was clean, but looked somewhat stuck in the 1980's. We had not been to this hotel for six years when it was part of the Hilton chain. We were pleasantly surprised that Heritage Hotels has kept the standards we are used to. Room, food, service was all excellent. It will be our home in Las Cruces whenever we visit. more
