I needed a place I could stay for a few days and I could afford. This hotel might not look like much but when I checked in the front desk was very helpful . They made sure I was satisfied with my room and places to eat and things to do in Las Cruces. The rooms were clean .

Very small park just off highway. Filthy ladies and mens restrooms. No paved roads, sites were on dirt. There is an associated with a motel. The restrooms were in the motel not in the rv park. Will not return. They did have a wreak WiFi signal.

I have stayed here a few years ago and it wasn't great. I heard they were under new management and they were making a lot of changes. So I stayed here last week. I will stay here again, not only have they made improvements on the rooms, but the new staff they have is amazing. The new manager is very... More

I had an occasion to contact this property regarding a possible source for their linens, etc. The person answering the phone took it upon themselves to tell me that they would not be interested in anything we offered. How could they possibly know without looking at what we offer? Again, I find it ironic that people in the hospitality business... More

I am traveling around the US on a motorcycle staying in my tent and budget motels. The office looked clean, the price ok (46$), it was late so I decided to stay for the night without having checked the room beforehand. It turned out to be the worst motel I have been in the US. After I was given a... More

I stayed here when I first moved to town, the room was very crappy. Pulling up there was people who looked like they did drugs, and very bad vibes. Bed and bedding were old, floor was sticky, and there was a water bug crawling up the wall... A few hours after i checked in i heard a lot of screaming... More

Good pitstop before facing El Paso madness on the road. My key didn't work- a minor hassle. Night clerk lady was very nice though. $46 for as single; a place to crash that was cheap enough Free wifi. Room was clean. No funky smells. Basic. What can I say. Also part of a lower-end RV park. Depressing, but that kind... More

FYI...the picture of this hotel is not even close to what it looks like...it's run down and one has wonder who is actually staying at this hotel. I did not feel safe in this area. To get to the RV park you have to drive between the hotel and small cafe to a back, dusty dirt area which is the... More

Their RV park is listed through a discount card, I'll be advising that service that they need to drop this RV park! Huge hassle getting checked in. They tried to give me a space with no sewer for a full hook up price. I wanted a refund and they told me they don't give refunds. I raised enough stink for... More
