I have a small chihuahua and had to pay a non-refundable $75 pet fee. I don't object so much to the fee, but for a fee that high to be totally non-refundable is rediculous. We had an emergency hospital stop in Las Cruces, and the folks at TownePlace Suites bent over backwards to help us through an uncertain situation.
