Park is clean and orderly to the point of feeling sterile. Fifty six dollars for a back in site was a bargain compared to the pull thru sites with slide outs within inches of each other. We were scolded for arriving around noon when check in time isn't until 1p.m. Location is good but we found a site about a... More

We have stayed in this RV park 3 times now. The first and second times as a stopping place overnight on our long trip west. Both these times, we arrived late and found our packet easily and our site was marked "reserved" with a cone. We had a pull-through site and it was so easy to park, sleep and move... More

Well maintained park and really nice.. The I-10 is a really downer, could sleep until 12 am when the noise slowed down. But at 5 am it started again. No complaint on the park or personnel they are really polite and nice. The shops and wines are amazing.

We stayed in this park for two nights as we began our way toward home. The park was very nice and front desk gave us ideas for restaurants. What I found unique to RV parks anywhere was the pamphlets they had in the lobby providing local information in terms of shopping, historical places to see, etc. they even had discount... More

I asked for a nice quiet corner and the office witch put me in a corner spot right next to the exit and backed up to the main road to the park. So I listened to road noise until almost 11PM and it started up the next morning at 6. This place sits close enough to train tracks to hear... More

We have been coming to this park at least twice a year since 2008 and are sadly disappointed in what is happening to the park. Use to be a fun nice clean place to stay but not so much anymore. The laundry facility was dirty with full trash cans and dirty machines. The indoor restrooms were clean, but not emaculant... More

We've stayed in countless RV parks in the past decade & didn't find this one particularly memorable. The side-by-side sites ~ when you have a nextdoor neighbor ~ made us feel as if we were in a sardine can... tho the fence & landscaping between each pair of sites helped a bit. There was no patio, no picnic table, no... More

This was a wonderful place to stay. The entire property was spotless. The spots were large, flat gravel pull through areas. There was a dog path/run area. The club house was very large with very nice shower areas. Each one had a hair blower! Trash pick up was along the curb during late morning.

Just off the I10 literally 2 minutes, lots of room around the sites. We got in after the office closed, they had a late check-in all set up with keys site number wifi password and map. Very easy to deal with but the Wifi was really slow.
