Hotel is always fresh smelling. Rooms always are nice and clean and are very updated. Very relaxing place to stay. Hot tub was dirty last time we stayed there, but it was a holiday weekend with lots of people, so I think they just got a little behind on the care of it. Usually, everything is great though!

My fiance had to spend a month in Las Cruces for work, so I came with him, planning on spending a lot of time in the gym and at the pool, which looks gorgeous on the website. I stayed here the second time and was again satisfied. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms a clean and quite. Did not try the bar or breakfast this time, but I'm quite sure it's fine as well.

I found the staff to go out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The room was quiet, spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Location provides easy access to all parts of town. You can order from a menu for breakfast versus a buffet. Staff was sensitive to my food allergies.

from the moment you walk in is like walking into an Hacienda in Morelia Mexico, beautiful Spanish decor, great and helpful staff, and one of the best pools Ive seen at a mid level Hilton. Rooms are standard to all Hilton Garden Inns. Great location really close to my favorite restaurant De La Vega's Pecan Grill!
