I was traveling across New Mexico and decided to stay in Gallup. I prefer Comfort Inn hotels and this one did not disappoint. The rooms were emacculate. I have not stayed in a cleaner motel. There has to be somewhere else to stay in Gallup. The property is dark, dingy and badly in need of updating. The furniture in the room is beat up, even the A/C unit has chipped paint. The rooms were clean and relatively roomy, but they were nothing special. The staff was very helpful, though, and I was able to use the hotel computer to check my e-mail for the first time in a week-long trip. All-in-all, it wasn't bad. more

We found this place to be clean enough I suppose, but it's an old building. Our room's ceiling had water stains and cracking from what appeared to be a water leak or flood upstairs.
