We parked in the light outside of our hotel room and had many items stolen out of the bed of our truck. Clerk was not surprised nor helpful when we told them what happened. They just jotted it down on a yellow piece of paper as if this happens often. Other than that the hotel was "meh". The curtains wouldn't... More

Checked in at Travelodge in Gallup, NM. Discovered our reservations had been made for the next night. The clerk was very helpful in making sure we had a room that night with the size bed we requested. The room was clean and the price was great!

I stayed at this property approximately one week ago. The stay was originally going to be a two night stay. On the second day, I and my partner noticed we had several bug bites. What we originally thought were mosquito bites, were bed bug bites. We examined the bed thoroughly and saw several bugs moving over the top of the... More

The AC's were in poor working order (yes, I used a plural as it took more than one try to get one that even worked), the towels were grayed, the pillows were so thin as to be useless, the refrigerator and two of the three lights did not work and the breakfast wasn't worth the time they took to put... The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was friendly. Enjoyed breakfast. It was a little bit outside of town so it was fairly quiet. Of course a major rail line runs across the street so you had some occasional train noise at night but it wasn't bad at all. Would stay again if I am in town.

Given the limited options in this town, Travelodge is not disappointing, but also not impressive. It sits in a quiet location, which was very nice after a long day of travelling, but it was not convenient to restaurants nor did it have one in the hotel. The room was sparsely decorated, but clean, and the TV remote did not work.... More
