It was pleasantly clean. Older, but well-maintained. Comfortable beds. Great advantage-from a security standpoint-being on the south side of the main drag and isolated from basically everything (in other words-nobody is going to be 'just passing thru the parking lot' late at night). My only beef is the temperature inside. It was mid-60s outside, and Death Warmed Over in the... More

I will say the staff was very friendly and professional. The cockroach that made friends with me in shower, not so much. Not a huge fan of inside hallways and doors. I have to carry O2 and with bags for the dog and me it makes for a difficult trip.

Spent 3 days there. 2nd day went to take a shower and found only cold water in the shower. Had plenty of hot water in the sink but none in the tub. Told the front desk of my problem and was told that maintenance was gone for the day and wouldn't be back until Monday morning. Monday morning maintenance came... More

Strategic planned stop on my way from Los Angeles to Houston. Stayed here last year as well. (Had good experience last time too.) Friendly and helpful staff at check in / out and provided info regarding local restaurants. If you are expecting high end accommodations at low prices your setting yourself up for failure. The place was clean, quiet and... More

I'm an archaeologist, I spend most of my life in the field and hotels. Huge parts of my life center around this area for Anasazi work. This one, if you're staying in Gallup, this is it. Hands down, no question, no debate. I've stayed many times in every motel in the area looking for best room and best value. The... More

The room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed. The carpet was worn, but everything worked and the room was clean and tidy (pool and whirlpool was closed for the winter). Coffee and breakfast was adequate...well pleaded with the accommodations for the price.

The hotel was good for the days that i stayed. The room was clean and i can't explain for the price. I booked it thinking the indoor pool was working but both the pool and spa were out so that put a bad taste in my mouth.
