Very expensive for this level! Staff not need more training, rooms need upgrade and renovation. Cleanliness is below average, will not go there again. Rooms are not secured. Some guests were smoking in the hall way and talking in the middle of the night.

Stayed at three Quality Inns on my last trip. This one was the most updated and had the nicest room. Located on the north side of Gallup, it was a nice quiet stay The hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

My sister & her children had move due to broken AC & trash was under both of our beds. Some of staff were unfriendly & rarely smile. I ask for room service at later time & extra towels. There was no service at that time & didn't have access to towels.

First time we stayed in a hotel in Gallup, was nice/beautiful...Only bad thing there was someone banging on our door around midnight. That was scary. People in the area should not do that and hotels need more security at night. But I would stay there again except request for a rm with a fridge this time.

My husband and I stayed here recently, while returning home from a business/vacation. We did not have a reservation, as we were not sure how far we'd make it driving that day. no plans to stop here but glad we did. The front desk was personable and answered our questions regarding local area places to see. We went to a few and were not disappointed. Breakfast was good and it was still hot. Room was clean and comfortable.

Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and we had a restful sleep. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and courteous. Very easy to get to off of Interstate 40 with lots of great eateries and shopping nearby.

This is a great hotel! The breakfast was even better! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Price was just right. The rooms were very clean as well. Biscuits and gravy was on the menu. They also offered bacon and sausage!

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone was busy making the place look better. The only hotel I have ever left with a goody bag !!! I truly would rate this as a 10 + and my husband and I have traveled all over The US and abroad !!!

I booked this hotel via Expedia. We paid $107 (incl tax) for a room. The rooms are adequate but not in great shape (i.e., no microwaves or fridges, tub was gringy, towels were gray around the edges, tile on the bathroom floor was loose).
