The hotel itself was a Holiday Inn some time back. The hotel was bit run down but I've seen much worse. Check in was a bit long and the property manager had her dog in the lobby although it kept to itself. Friendly dog. There's a bar associated with the hotel and we had found a broken beer bottle thrown... more

We took a chance on this one after seeing both good and bad reviews on the place. The price was right so we decided to give it a try. Our reservation was for 5 nights...we spent one night there and couldn't get out fast enough the next morning. Customer service was horrible both at check in and check out. Our... more

Well all seemed well on the outside, but that changed once I checked in. I got a pet room, so perhaps those are the older non-remodeled rooms or something. The carper was old and faded, very shabby. The room smelled musty. Here's a quick run down of the rest. The door handle was broken, had to rotate it up to... more

From the thread bare carpets to the dead cockroach in the hall, our experience at this hotel was terrible. We had 4 nights booked here and after 2 nights, we made reservations at one of the many hotels across the street. The towels were stained, the toilet in our room hadn't been cleaned in so long it was moldy, the... more

I stayed 2 nights (my reservation was for 3 nights) and decided I had enough. I needed internet and could get it in the lobby and in the halls, just not in my first room. Also, the first room only had 2 electrical outlets that worked (the TV was one, the bathroom was the other). Because the hotel was full,... more

The Brentwood Inn is nothing special- The location is an intersection into town. The room furniture is 15+ years old. Don't expect much, the carpets are worrn the furniture a mix. My room had a single twin bed with thin sheets and an ancient TV. The entire place had a very strong smell, something chemical. On the positive side, the... more

Pretty nice hotel in a nice little town. Rooms were very clean, lobby was in great shape. Pool & fitness center were welcomed amenities. Would recommend if passing through Farmington & the 4 Corners region. more
