All the staff at the front desk, in the bar and in restaurant were GREAT. The problem I had was with the bed sheets. There spots on them and you could tell they were old because they no longer looked white. They were a dull white and thin due to washing a lot and using bleach or not using bleach.... More

The hotel was 4.5 star for the price. At that rating, it only lost points for no washcloths and a lousy small TV. It dropped precipitously to 2.5 stars due to a non functioning AC/Heating unit. This hotel is aweful. First impression was a rude counter guy who shunted me over to the other guy so he could help his buddies. I really enjoyed my stay at The Red Lion Hotel. Loved the clean rooms, indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Also received great customer service from the front office clerk Jason. Good Job!!!! I would definitely stay there again.
