This BNB was such a wonderful place to stay! We only stayed 1 night but would not hesitate to go back. Very peaceful and spa-like. Beautiful, comfortable & very clean. The hosts have a cat and dog, but they are very friendly. The dog is allowed in the common area which was not a problem for us at all. He's clean,... More

We stayed here as an overnight passing-through trip. Boy, do we wish we could have stayed longer. The room was extremely comfortable and peaceful, and we really enjoyed visiting with Diane and David over breakfast. We were so busy visiting that we did not even compliment Diane on the delicious meal! So embarrassing! The river setting cannot be beat; it... More

We wish you could have stayed longer too. It brings warmth to my heart when our guest’s enjoy the breakfast served and I am certain that I could feel that you enjoyed the meal. Sharing the river, the view, the sunsets and the stories of our area of the American southwest seems like part of what we should do for... More

My two friends and I were on a road trip to Chaco, and had the pleasure of staying one night at the Silver River Adobe Inn. We stayed in the Cliff Rose Suite and it was very comfortable. I really liked the abundance of good quality towels and nice soaps, etc... provided. Also, the art work in the suite was... More

In the early years one of our guests mentioned that having a good bath towel with reasonable density was comforting and I do like the same. David is the expert on local routes as well as more sites to see than most guests will have time for on their current trip. Good to have something in mind to bring guests... More

My husband and I spent the first night of a week-long motorcycle ride through the Four Corners region at this little B&B. What a pleasant laid-back way to set the mood! Our hosts Diana and David were hospitable and thoughtful. The room was comfortable and attractive, the house cat was friendly and well mannered (stayed out of our room!), breakfast... More

It is heart warming to read your review. Joy comes from sharing our part of the world along the bank of the San Juan River, which holds 50% to 75% of New Mexico's survive flowing river, which is viewed easily from the dining room while partaking of coffee with breakfast of a morning adds to our delight. Wishing you both many... More

The highway through Farmington can seem like an endless string of chain establishments and bleak non-chains - so do yourself a favor and check out this unique peaceful, beautiful spot. The rooms are rustically elegant, the family (including cats and dog) very interesting and friendly, and the setting will make you feel as though you've discovered the perfect hideaway.

It is a bit difficult for me to match the word smithing prose of eloquent guests especially when they give us such high praise. Thank you! We do wish to provide a comfortable place to rest one's head after a day of many miles through our American Southwest desert and hopefully a suitable breakfast with which to begin the day... More

We had such a nice stay at this adorable inn. The house is surrounded by full New Mexican foliage and the river running by the dining room window. David and Diana were very kind hosts. My friend and I were only able to stay the one night, (Farmington was a quick stop on our road trip across the state), but... More

Thank you for the promotion for a romantic get away for couples. We do hope the remainder of your trip went well with no more mud in which to lose a shoe:) What other adventures did you have which equalled the Four Corners Monument? More

Don't trust your GPS to find this since, as I understand it, the city makes it difficult. But it is worth the search, a nice, quiet, peaceful retreat. Attractive and well appointed room with ample amenities. Gracious hosts and a decent breakfast. We'd definitely come back.

Some say we are hidden away in our little oasis and that is true, yet so close, less than a quarter of a mile off of Main Street and only two and a half miles to down town. We have both the country and the city in this location, as well as, the Wild Life Reserve setting on the bank... More

We spent one night at this beautiful inn in June 2015. Diana and David are very knowledgeable hosts who made our stay so much more memorable. The room is very cosy and clean. We especially enjoyed the close up view of the San Juan River. This is a special b&b.

Thank you! When we visit with friends and relatives we share much of the world and stories our guests have brought to the breakfast table. Pleased to learn that the room felt cozy for that is important while traveling and helps induce a good night’s rest. More

Comfortable and clean. Fridge, microwave. Living room with books with helpful local information. Hosts welcoming and informative. Comfortable room. The garden is very lush and a welcome change from the sear desert area. Good restaurants in town (10 min. drive) NOTE: you MUST call for directions - it is in a quirky place in Farmington!

I am happily speechless about the title of "botanical garden in the desert." Can I use this in our promotions? Certainly this year with the bountiful rains our land has become nearly a forest. Right now we are finding baby toads and have had a few snails which are indications of rains. For years we have irrigated and irrigated diligently... More

My colleague and I stayed three nights and couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. David and Diana are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area and its culture. I thoroughly enjoyed each of the three breakfasts we were served.
