I lived in Farmington for about 10 years and we visited again on one of our last trips to the West. Familiar and closee to many additional places tho eat, even late at night. We used this as a jumping off spot for several days of sightseeing the Four Corners area. The staff was friendly, but we had a problem... More

This hotel was clean and very nice. The staff was very friendly. The grounds were nice. Don't have anything else to say about this place. It is better than some of the hotels we have stayed in. That's all I will say.

Stayed 3/15-3/17 and am now being charged for 3/17-3/19 which I did not even stay and am being told someone was in the room? Received no services 3/15-3/17 and was told the do not disturb sign must of been on my door, which it was not. Its amazing how the incompetent staff takes no responsibility and just blames the customer, not... More

We were disappointed with the size of the room. Very small, no desk or chairs, which made it very uncomfortable to have to sit on the bed to read or watch TV. The bed was comfortable so if you are staying one night it may be acceptable for you. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. We were also... More

Checked in...had to ask a worker to move his car from the handicap space...had my elderly Mother in Law, who has to use a walker...we went to our given room. Opened up the door, it was occupied! How embarrassing for me! Turned out it was the front desk clerks room! I had to have my elderly walker assisted Mother in... More

First off the clerk was on her cell phone when I was checking in. I had booked online and paid via PayPal, the clerk informed me I owed an additional $2.50 because the tax went up last week which she described as "weird" I didn't argue I was eager to get the room and then hit the town with my... I travel and stay in hotels about 7 times per month. If I could give this a zero I would. The person at the counter was polite, so I thought cool. Well when I got upstairs the TV remote would not change the volume. I went downstairs and exchanged remotes but it didn't help. I could never get an internet... More

The none of the gym equipment is kept up. The treadmill skids and when I brought it up with the front desk the young lady was indifferent about it. The sheets and the cot near the windows all have stains and things are really worn out. When I bring things up to fix they get ignored or they look for... More

The Friday night woman clerk guided lost guest to hotel with true patience over the phone-we missed the motel, too, street sign broke-the breakfast was hot and clean--but the hotel needs a good cleaning and general upkeep-our room was small, no room for chair, the bathroom fan and bath tub drain broke-there is a nice laundry right next door.

I was going to stay here for 2 nights but 1 night was plenty. It is run down and no money has been put into this place to maintain it. In addition, there was graffiti carved into the elevator and that is a good indication of the type of clientele that stays here. If you want a cheap room this... More
