The staff was amazing! We cannot thank them enough for the great service they provided. The only thing is the pool is not working and they advertise a pool on the internet. Very clean bedrooms and a friendly atmosphere for people on a budget.

Cheap and a little rundown, But no sleep. The beds were ok and the room was reasonably clean. The morning "Breakfast" was Coffee Muffin and cereal. I could have put up with the facility but I was on the 1st floor and an all night party was above my room. It started at 9 and was over at 4AM

While the inn was a little difficult to spot, once inside it was very neat and orderly. The staff was very helpful in telling us how to find nearby businesses. There is a microwave and small refrigerator in the room, but no in room coffee. Although the web site states hot breakfast is served, all that was present was a... More

I climbed into the bed at 10:30pm after checking in and felt the bed was wet. It smelled strongly of urine. I pulled back the sheets and saw the mattress pad had a large yellow stain and was still wet. The housekeeper didn't bother to replace the pad, only the sheets. I went to the front desk and the receptionist... More

Sometimes things go wrong, and these times are an opportunity for the management to turn around a negative experience into a positive one. Both Rodeway and the Espanola failed miserably at taking such an opportunity. This place is not clean, is not maintained and not run properly. Avoid it.

Our room was nice, spacious, very comfy bed. The only problem was that the walls are thin, we could hear the TV from the next room. The A/C was very good and drowned out the TV noise. Basic breakfast with juice, cereal, toast, muffins. The front desk people were very nice and friendly.

I hate to write a bad review because the people who run this hotel were so nice. We stuck around for 3 night, so it wasn't awful. The pros first: our room was reasonably clean, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet and the Wi-Fi worked well. If you need a room and don't want to spend a lot of... More

One line the place looks very nice and from what the pictures show that the place is well kept. Total opposite, good thing we only stayed one night which not my moneys worth. It says they provide a full breakfast??? coffee and bread is not a full breakfast. service as far as asking for extra towel? not happening.

We arrived late and departed early the next day. Staff was nice and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable. This particular property is tired and is in need of a remodel, but it served my purpose and was priced reasonably.

Pool was dirty. Our room was okay. Noisy airco but that's no news. Beds were fine. Breakfast was very bad though. We came in around 8.15 (breakfast was until 9) and there was no bread. We asked for bread and got a couple of toast bread from a desinterested desk lady. Then we discovered there were no knives. They were... More
