We stayed a week at Golden Eagle, we had a really nice time. The views are exceptional from just about any place you are in the park. We were very late in the season & were the only ones in the park. They parked us where we had a view of the lake as well as the mountains, Every AM... More

Stayed here over the long Columbus Day weekend, just to get out of Albuquerque. A very friendly RV park with awesome views! Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Mornings included coffee, tea, and pastries (a nice touch). Full hook ups for both 30 and 50 amps. It is most definitely the best RV park in the area, with reasonable rates.... More

Excellent facilities. Very clean and friendly. Beautiful scenery. Breakfast was included. Few trees made it perfect for satellite reception. Level pull through spots. A gift store of very nice Native American gifts. Also a general store. Nice library and laundry.

We have been coming here for over 10 years. The reason is the family oriented atmosphere. Great people, great climate, wonderful view - PERFECT! We now stay here all summer. You can't beat vacationing in a small town, in the mountains with hiking, fishing, 4 wheeling and history all rolled up in one location.

we visited this park for 4 nights, we had a pull through spot. The only problem with the park is the spots are not wide enough. We could not put our awning all the way out because of the RV next to us had his slide outs out and we would hit is RV. I guess it was designed years... More

We really love staying in this RV park. Beautiful view of Baldy Mountain and Eagle Nest Lake. They have summer activities going on all the time, like tours of the area historic sites, crafts, music nights, game nights, and covered-dish dinners for those who are interested in attending. Really cool store with American Indian items and just about everything you... More

My wife Judy and I based our 40' Toybox RV at the Golden Eagle RV Park and we enjoyed the beautiful scenic mountains while riding our Yamaha FJR 1300 motorcycle. The owner of the Rv park and all of the attendants employeed there were very friendly and helpful. The rates were reasonable and the restrooms and showers were kept sanitized... More

This trip was a rather quick last minute decision to go on a camping trip. I called Golden Eagle as I have stayed there several years back. The new propietor; Bruce, told me that he had one tent site left which I reserved immediately. Upon arriving, the check in went without incident. I noticed that the store located there was... More
