I was passing thru Deming on my way to Arizona and stopped at The Grand Hotel. This is a very friendly hotel. The rooms are great for the price and we had a wonderful time in the bar. The food in the restaurant was also very good. When we come this way again we will stay. more

I stayed at grand motor inn on my way to calif. I stoped and ate at the restaurant . I liked the place I asked to look at the room it was very clean and reasonable. people were very friendly. I recommend the place and I will go back if i go through Deming more

Update from my last review. The lobby looked pretty scruffy, which made me a bit wary because of some negative reviews here. But my room was spotless, well appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. I've stayed here probably 8 or 10 times now and have never experienced anything like what some people here have written. more

We noticed a billboard sign off I-10. My wife & me checked in around 11:20 am 9-21. Check-in was great with friendly staff. She gave us room #124.(1st) problem was noticed by wife, 2 water bugs dead by toilet. (2nd) was wall behind shower was cracked & tile pieces falling. Wife wanted to leave, but I was too, tired. The Grand was the place to be a decade ago. The building is old and some of the check in crew is rude. The property does have a resturant, a lounge, and a pool. So there still are some good points just needs some up dating! more

I recently stayed at the Grand for a series of nights while in Deming visiting my fiance's relatives. This was my second stay at the Grand. The rooms are all right, the beds slightly uncomfortable. Was traveling from TX to CA and stopped in Deming for the night. Found a great deal on a room in a coupon book and stopped for the night. Lots of room to park.
