I concur with Frank X's review. I to was traveling in a small motorcycle group. Looking for a place to hang your hat or helmet? This will do. Keep in mind there are only 8 rooms. I suggest you call ahead. Or you may have to stay up the road about 30+ miles and be kicking yourself. There is also... More

After reading about it in TripAdvisor, I rode to the Eagles Guest Ranch and stayed one night while on a motorcycle trip. The place is comfortable, priced right, friendly staff, and away from "people." Remember the TV show "Northern Exposure?" That's what it felt like staying there. The folks there made me feel right at home. The room wasn't fancy... More

We stayed at the RV park behind the restaurant/convenience store/gas station. It was $20 a night for full hook-ups. We only could use electric so it was half. You are really in a dirt lot behind the restaurant. Sits on a "wedge" with roads on either side - but not noisy.Honestly, it looks pretty scary and the only hookup kind... More

We were happy to have come across the Eagle guest ranch on a overland motorcycle adventure. It is the only game in town, but its also very good. Owners, and staff are very welcoming, locals are friendly. Restaurant is excellent; known for their steaks, they age the beef, and hand cut your steaks while you watch. Well stocked salad bar,... If you love steak then this place is for you. The quality is amazing and for a price you cant beat. I only came here for a meal. I don't have any info to offer on the grounds itself. The beef at this restaurant is top quality and prepared to your liking. A lot of time and preparation go into... More

We stayed here in July of 2014 and, upon first walking in things looked good. The bed was fairly comfortable and everything was clean but several repairs are needed. The window was broken so would stay open and without any airconditioning, we needed airflow (we were in room 2). The shower nozzle was also a little over 4 feet high.... More

The Eagle Guest Ranch facility is a bar, restaurant, grocery store, service station and more. The atmosphere and ambience are very nice. We had a typical Mexican dish with an extra plate and were quite pleased with the taste, quality, and temperature of the food. The service was at a pace which we enjoyed. The workers were quite busy at... More

We stayed at the RV park behind the restaurant/convenience store/gas station. It was $20 a night for full hook-ups. The monthly rate is $200/month plus utilities. There is a little bit of a view around, but you are really in a parking lot behind the restaurant and in front of the "Datil-Do" salon. The back of the lot is used... More

I only have experience with the restaurant, not the lodging. The food is tasty. The salad bar is remarkably fresh, and offers a lot of choice. If you're feeling decadent, try the green chile cheese fries. I haven't had the meat here, but locals tell me it's good. This place is the only game in town in several ways. It's... More

I wasn't expecting much from this motel in the middle of nowhere but it was quite decent. The room was clean and the bathroom was updated. The lamps and furniture looked like a hodge-podge from a rummage sale but I liked the clean tile floors, instead of carpet. The only reason I didn't give it a higher rating was because... More
