We chose to come to the Albuquerque area for the holiday to spend time with our family and always stay at the Chocolate Turtle. We were driving in on Christmas Eve Day and did not know what what restaurants would be open. Denise was so kind by calling a couple in the area and making a reservation for us at... More

The owners, Keith and Denise, are the exact type of people who should be running a B&B. They're friendly, full of useful (and interesting!) information about the area, and they make delicious breakfasts each and every morning. It honestly felt more like staying with friends or family members than staying in a hotel. My husband and I were visiting New... More

What a great experience! The house is great, with private and communal space, incredibly quiet, great breakfasts with plenty of wonderful food! The view is of the beautiful Sandia mountains. It would be terrific in the summer. We would even consider getting married there! The hosts are great, friendly but respectful of your need for private time. We highly recommend... More

Keith and Denise make you feel like family. The place is spotless and feels like a home away from home. They do everything to go the extra mile, are honest and friendly. Without question, this place is 5 stars. Unmatched views too. I see a doctor every 3 months and will stay here from now on.

Our 4th (or 5th ?) visit 12/7 & 12/8/15 was like coming home. Denise gave some excellent tips on new things to see & do, & places to shop. Keith does wonderful breakfasts. Zorro is the sweetest dog, so well behaved. Rico is a beautiful Macaw. Everywhere you look is something beautiful and interesting....so many special touches that make the... More

Keith and Denise were so kind and friendly, and made all of us feel right at home. The food was delicious and each morning... More

We stayed with Keith, Denise & Zoro the final weekend of Ballon Fiesta, 10/15. To say their B&B is perfect in every way & that they are delightful, helpful hosts doesn't do it justice! The rooms are beautiful, nicely furnished, comfortable! beds, & clean! The whole home is beautifully decorated & furnished. The breakfasts are outstanding from the food to... More

The Chocolate Turtle B&B is the best of the best. This is our third visit and my wife and I would not consider staying anywhere else in Albuquerque. We really enjoy having repeat guests. We always try to have something new or different for them whether it would be a new breakfast dish or an enhancement to our property. More
