We stayed at the Chocolate Turtle B&B January 2nd to the 6th and we were made to feel like we were at home. Denise and Kieth and Zorro where great and very accommodating and helpful. The breakfasts were great and the room was very comfortable. We are thinking to retire in New Mexico and we were exploring the area's in and... More

Our New Year's trip to this bed and breakfast inn was awesome. It combined the comforts of home along with elegance & grace. We arrived in mid afternoon and were greeted warmly by the innkeeper Denise, who provided her weary travelers with a tray of various fruit, cheeses and crackers. It was like relaxing in your own living room, complete... More

Tera & I had a great time. The breakfasts were great and Denise & Keith spent lots of time telling us where to visit & what to see, such as a winery, cool neighborhoods & the old part of town. The back yard is like a nature reserve with lot's of quail. The rooms are very nice & the other... More

The innkeepers were gracious enough to open their doors for a free night for Veterans. We live in Albuquerque so we didn't have to travel far. It was wonderful. The house, living space, our room and the innkeepers were so nice. The view is fantastic from the backyard, landscaped patio, drinking a glass of wine and watching the birds and... More

A low slung hacienda on the north side of Albuquerque just down the road from the Balloon Museum. Breakfast outside in nice weather, in a comfortable dining room other times. Our breakfasts were small quiches and sausage on one morning and apple-stuffed French toast and bacon the next, thanks to the culinary skills of Keith, our host. Rooms are spacious,... More

The Chocolate Turtle Bed and Breakfast was a great place for several longtime friends to rest as we explored a new area and just relaxed with one another. The breakfast food and the fun table settings each day of our stay were different and unusual every morning- that along with the smell of coffee was a great way to start... More

I recently spent four nights at Chocolate Turtle with three college friends. We generally gather once a year at each others' homes and were looking for a cozy relaxing homey place. The Chocolate Turtle met all our needs. This glorious B&B is located in the center of day trips to sight see, shop, enjoy nature, eat, and drink. We were... More

Wife and I just left after a week at the Chocolate Turtle. This was a repeat visit for us and we'll be planning on a return stay with Keith and Denise next year. They purchased the BandB from the previous owners and it just gets better. Delightful breakfasts each morning, attractively decorated and super clean rooms and bathrooms. A perfect... More

We recently discovered this beautiful bed and breakfast and wish we could have stayed longer. They accept only 8 guests (4 suites) so the atmosphere was friendly and warm. Breakfast is served at one table so we met the other guests, and enjoyed great conversation. The common rooms and outdoor areas are so pleasant and on the night/morning we were... More

Fabulous place with delicious breakfasts each morning during our Balloon Fiesta stay...so completely relaxing and our hosts were more than gracious and helpful in getting us around Corrales and Albuquerque! Cookies every afternoon, and our special chocolate turtles left on the beds each day. So great being away from the city but still near enough to see the balloons flying... More
