This is an older hotel where parking is outside your door. All rooms are 1st floor. Our room had been refurbished. The room was spacious and clean. The mattress appeared to be fairly new and we slept well. The front desk person was friendly and helpful. This hotel has a very reasonable nightly rate. The breakfast area had either 3... More

This is an older motel on the outside. The room was very clean and I saw housekeeping cleaning the windows and window sills. Good towels and instant hot water. Heater worked just fine to keep the room warm even with it being 12 degrees outside. AJ at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Good value for the cost.

I know we reserved the room late but front clerk was sort of rude when I wanted a non smoking room. When we got to the room, the furnishings were nice but the room was very small and had a musty smell. I don't think the room had been used in awhile. On the other hand, the bed was one... More

I enjoy staying at this location and every time I am in Clovis I try to stay here. For breakfast, I can choose from cereal, yogurt or waffles. So, for the price this is a good place to stay. The restaurant next door, Thai City, is very good.

Exhausted, we got a warm and friendly welcome at a late hour. The room was very pleasant and obviously newly remodeled. We left too early to try the breakfast, but grateful for a sound sleep and a sparkling clean bathroom for freshening up.

Overall, I was very unimpressed with this hotel. The price was very reasonable, but that was about it. The outside advertised an indoor pool but it was closed. The breakfast was VERY meager (muffins/cereal). The mattress I had was very worn. When I checked in, the lady at the desk was very nice. Upon checkout though, no "how was your... More

Sign in front said newly remodeled. Not true. Stayed in room 112. Carpet torn, sink in bathroom full of cracks that could be full of bacteria. AC hard to adjust. Ice machine is full of dark mold, nasty looking. Could nor imagine what was inside of it. Would not use it. Parking lot in the morning when we checked out... More

To start out the room was nice and the girl at the desk when we checked in was very helpful and friendly. However the whole thing went down hill when we went to breakfast. They have the breakfast area crammed into the lobby with only two tables and that is probably one too many for the size of the room.... More
