After a long day of traveling across country to visit with family, it was so nice to find a clean, comfortable hotel like this. We enjoyed our overnight stay. We would definetly stay there again when traveling.

Hotel beds are exceptionally comfortable, the breakfast is VERY good, with eggs and ham and waffles, fresh fruits, etc. It is across from the RR tracks, but I keep the fan on in the bathroom to muffle occasional sounds. Staying here with the friendly staff is well worth it.

Stayed for 3 nights in September, nice and relaxing atmosphere, easy check in at the front desk, asked for and was given a quiet room away from the elevator and railroad noise. The room was clean and had all the usual facilities including complimentary cosmetics and ear plugs............on account of some train noise, however, I had no need to use them.... More

We have stayed here several different times. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. The railroad is right across the street from the hotel, but the hotel is situated so that the rooms are at the back of the hotel and the offices , lobby and workout area are closer to the street. Never heard the train during... More

In town for our state HOG Rally. Excellent hotel and staff. Very friendly. Clean rooms. Ok the trains are a bit noisy but not horrible. Besides if you select a hotel 100 ft from RR tracks and crossing - it's going to be noisy. Not really the "hotels" fault. Christopher & Rachel were great! Hey, if either of you ever... More

Misty is the best. We were on motorcycles and it rained one day that we could not ride. Misty got someone to give us a ride to the store so we could get something to drink. And she let us stay in the lobby all day. All we had to do was ask and they did everything they could to... More

This Hampton Inn is the closest hotel to the tracks crossing a main street. Trains are required to blow their warning whistles when approaching this area. And yes, you can hear that all over the hotel. We heard the train whistles at night, but once we were asleep they did not wake us up. We did keep the fan blowing... More

The staff was very accommodating. They were true host. The room was fresh and clean. Internet worked great. The breakfast omelets were tasty. Coffee and cocoa all day is great. And the cookies are always so nice after travelling all day. ***** :) There are trains that come through town, all the time, honking their horns, but we were so... More

We didn't even notice the train that others spoke of. We were down the hall, ground level, so maybe that's why. The pool and hot tub were great. Room was HUGE and super clean. We thought we were getting a jacuzzi room but was still fine without it. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Hotel in itself and Staff are very good for options in the small town of Clovis, The problem is Trains running constantly all night right by the Hotel, Management is aware of the noise issue as each room comes with a set of earplugs which do nothing from the blow of the Train horns, If you want to get...
