For the rest of you New Mexicans who love your Land of Enchantment do not miss out on Chama & everything there is to do in N NM. And stay in one of the cabins at the River Bend! Julio & Sandra are SO nice & they run a tidy service in a perfect setting. And they are dog-friendly, which... More

We were having trouble finding a motel room anywhere close when we lucked into this spot. Our group of 9 women all on motorcycles were able to rent 3 cabins (the lofts came in handy) and stay in comfort. The host started a nice fire for us in the fire pit, there was plenty of parking for all 9 bikes... More

My 1st visit to Northern NM. Over-whelmed of the manicured property of River Bens Lodge. Hana recieved me with true caring & service. She insisted that I check out my room before I signed in. It appeared to be old but was updated with all the amenities of a ***** resort. on the west end of the property was the... More

When on a family vacation, nothing is more pleasing than feeling at home. The cabin was beautiful, the scenery amazing, fishing was awesome. We were minutes away from Heron and El Vado. The backyard was the chama river. We will definately stay there again

We rented a cabin for the night for cheaper than most hotel rooms, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. It was nice, quiet, and relaxing. Great value for the price and really nice spot on the river.

The rooms were great. We stayed one night in a room and two nights in a cabin. Both were very clean and well maintained. The cabin was awesome and even had a little loft for the kiddos. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone. We looked at some of the other cabins close by and... More

We brought our granddaughters (ages 16, 17, & 20) & they loved it!! We rode the Cumbres & Toltec Railroad & stayed @ RBL. We all had a great time! We had planned to leave after the train ride & go to Albuquerque but instead we chose to stay one more night! The rooms were great! Clean & comfortable! The... More

Everything in the room was old! Tub and toilet was scarred. Zenith TV the kind you get free at thrift store. Extension cord, evidently from a dollar store connect microwave and tv, refrigerator not connected. Bring your own water, tried to brush my teeth with water from faucet, icky. Sheets rough but bed was comfortable. Screen door broken. Cool weather... More
