Lovely log cabin accommodation just off route 14 only 15 mins from Albuquerque yet in the mountains. Great hostess and great breakfast. Be sure to say hello to Manfred the black lab (a 'she' despite the name!). We had the room at the top of the house -huge room with a balcony -and a big brass bed - but be... More

First the view---our room (the Sangre de Cristo Room) faced the east with a private balcony. We were there for two nights and had a beautiful sunrise both mornings---wonderful photography. The best way to view a sunrise is to start taking photos about 30 minutes before the actual sunrise---what a way to start the day. Second, the location, Elaine's is... More

I loved this beautiful old log home up the mountain. Lots of balconies to sit and relax and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Elaine is a friendly host and the love she has for her home is reflected throughout the building. Manny the dog is a joy with her non-stop wagging tail. My room was the Manzano... More

We loved our stay at Elaine's (and the very friendly black labrador who greeted us at check-in!) This place is an absolute gem and Elaine is a wonderful host. The log cabin accommodation is by no means basic, instead you can enjoy interesting artefacts, antiques and awesome views of surrounding blue ridged mountains. Our room was huge with the most... Just returned from Albuquerque New Mexico. Stayed just outside between Albuquerque and Santa Fe in a small town of Cedar Crest on the Turquoise Trail . What a wonderful find. Elaine is an exceptional hostess, she runs her Bed & Breakfast with a lot of love. The furnishings are eye candy and the surrounding area is wonderfully serine. Elaine makes... More

Very knowledgeable about activities and the such in the area. I would recommend her for any occasion. Her breakfasts are fabulous! I've stayed n all the rooms except... More

We stayed at Elaine's after visiting Sandia Peak Tramway. It was about 30 minutes drive from tramway. Elaine's is right off Turquoise Trail and close to Albuquerque. Good location. The building is rustic and unique. It has many antique items that are very special. You have to drive on dirt road to get there but it wasn't too bad -... More

We stayed at Elaine's Bed & Brekfast the Saturday before Labor Day. We were with friends of ours of Minneapolis attending a wedding at Pakko Ridge Golf Resort. Elaine was extremely welcoming, the bed and brekfast was top quality, and the brekfast was delicious. Very possibly the best fresh baked biscuts that we have ever had. We will return to... More
