Booked "last room" on booking.com. When we arrived, asked for a room with one bed instead of two. No problem, we were there early and motel was only half full. Only twelve rooms total. Reservations kept with pencil and paper. I would suggest booking direct for best room selection and price. No vacancy sign was on the next morning, so... More

The clerk at the desk, who happened to be the owners son, was very nice and let us use his fax for free. Room was very clean but outdated. Train went by twice but otherwise very quiet. We would definately stay again. Much better than dealing with the chain hotels.

Turned out to be a good bargain,. A decent room, microwave, mini-fridge, satellite TV, and a large bathroom, This is a railroad town. There... More
