I stayed four nights with a group of Photographers, we would leave very early and they allowed us to have breakfast an hour earlier (there were 7 of us). The manager and staff were wonderful and went out of their way to set up the breakfast room in the last afternoon for our post production, rooms just as nice as... more

We needed a hotel with some parking space outside the city, so I chose this one. As it turned out, we did not pull our trailer, but I kept the hotel due to its' location to Sandia. The area is somewhat seedy looking, and my husband wasn't sure he wanted to stay, but everything about the stay was great. the... more

Stayed her for one night. Room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. Close to a Walgreens and a burrito place, but do yourself a favor and eat at the Flying Star Cafe. It is outstanding and only a block away. Also very close to the Santa Ana Star Casino. Excellent free breakfast buffet! more

It looked like they had recently remodeled - it was all very nice and clean. Great price. But we could hear talking through the walls and people walking above us. Made for a rough night's sleep. Management was called and they did respond but...they can only control so much. Too bad because the staff were very nice and it was... more

We stopped here because it was a good stopping place on our road trip. We had picked up a room saver coupon book and they advertised this as being "Brand New". It wasn't brand new, at least it didn't appear so by the black on the caulking around the tub and the silver already coming off of the mirror and... more

From the beautiful lobby to the luxury sheets and pillows, everything was first class but the price was the lowest I think I ever paid (Entertainment card helped). Free breakfast was very nice too. We were visiting family in the area but this hotel is also convenient to Albequeque (sp?) and Santa Fe. Check out New Mexico Bead Trader nearby... more

We used a Hotel saver coupon we found at the Visitor Center. As a Holiday Inn Priority Club Platinum member, we were upgraded to a junior suite. It was very clean, spacious with a sofa bed, but no fridge and no microwave. Hotel has fitness center with one treadmill, one stairmaster (out of order at the time) and an exercise... more

We were there for New Year's Eve (checked in a few days before). The rooms are huge and clean! We asked for a fridge and got it immediately. The view is of dirt and nothing to speak of but the vastness of the room and the surrounding accessibility of restaurants and stores makes up for anything else. There was a... more

This hotel had it all and compared to all of the other hotels in Bernalillo, this was the place to stay! It is beautiful with all the luxuries of a high end hotel but at mid-scale prices! There was a hot breakfast served every morning with meat and eggs and the cinnamon roll is to die for. We used the... more

Came in with a discount coupon. Found out they do not have refrigerators & microwaves in rooms like most other hotels on the road, even the basic Days Inn and Best Western. Had to pay $20 extra for a "full" suite forthis privilege which looked like an empty cavern, huge but with almost no furniture in the suite area, a... more
