The housekeepers do not respect the "do not disturb" sign you post on the door. We had been there one day and only needed some fresh towels. They banged on the door so loud and acosted me in the morning. I informed them that we would be vacating the room for the rest of the day in about 10 minutes. That was unsatisfactory to them - they need to get in NOW! When my husband went to talk to them, they were rude and agressive. We checked out later that afternoon, even though this hotel would have been paid for by my husbands company. I wouldn't even stay here if it were FREE! Try the Hyatt Tamaya just down the road.... might be a little more money but well worth it not to endure the jail that is the Quality Inn Bernalillo.
