“Not worth it!”

First I booked a non-smoking room but instead got a smoking room. No other room was available unless I paid $10 more for their mistake! The cleaning service is less than minimal. Made coffee only to find no cups.. when the maid serviced the room the full coffee pot was cleaned but no attempt to replenish the cups was made.... more

We have stayed at Quality Inn in Bernalillo, New Mexico last month. The hotel is magnificent and we have never experienced such incredible service before. There was also a complimentary breakfast with eggs, sausage, pastries and a lot more. Complimentary use business center and laundry service was great. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its very clean, very good breakfast with eggs and sausage. Staff is very professional and friendly. The General Manager of this hotel is great. He is just like icing on the cake. Great place to stay. Would love to stay in my future travel. more

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I found this hotel on the internet and took the phone number with us on our trip. I searched for a hotel close to a casino. The hotel was clean and nice. This hotel needs a good deep clean! It was really troublesome about what I found. Pee at the base of the toilet...Someone's razor left in the shower...Skittles all over the floor under the bed. And, black mold growing on the lid on the ice bucket. I would avoid this hotel and its unsanitary conditions! more

The housekeepers do not respect the "do not disturb" sign you post on the door. We had been there one day and only needed some fresh towels. They banged on the door so loud and acosted me in the morning. I informed them that we would be vacating the room for the rest of the day in about 10 minutes.... more

My husband stayed at this horrendous hotel and didn't feel good the morning of checkout. He wanted to sleep for a couple of hours. As a Choice Privileges Platinum customer, he is automatically entitled to late checkout. The hotel refused, saying they were "too busy".
