This motel is in some serious need of repair: Carpet, towels, bedding, and beds, and yes, the lights for the sign. The beds were pretty hard. The wifi was spotty at best, but ComCast was apparently working on it. Also, be prepared, if staying for multiple days, that the key cards will not work and have to be reprogrammed EVERY... More

Staying two nights in order to take care of some business at one of the local reservations, the warm bad, soft pillow, and hot show were great. The room was also clean and secure. On the other hand, I needed some flexibility with the checkout time. After asking the night shift clerk, he defensively responded by saying, "You can pay... More

I work in the movie industry. It's hours are insanely long and ever changing. I booked a room for Tuesday through Friday, our last day of the week. On Wednesday, our days turned into nights. On 14-20 hour days, a few hours of pillow time can make a huge difference. Having stayed at this hotel years ago, and with New... More

Called while driving into Bernalillo on US550 and was offered a great rate. Room was spacious with all amenities - microwave, refrigerator, sink, sofa. Perfect to kick back after a long day of driving. Front desk staff was friendly and offered me some tips on visiting Tent Rocks Monument. Motel is conveniently located to I25 and US550, and is adjacent... More

After driving all day we checked in to this motel. From the beginning it was a bad experience! The front counter staff were extremely rude, the hallway smelled like a combination of Lysol and mold, the carpets were filthy and needed to be restretched, we found candy wrappers between the stained bedspread and sheets (were they even changed?:), clump of... I've traveled nationwide over the past 25 years, and never have paid to stay in a motel with this level of filth. The carpets are rippled, worn, and stained. The corridors all smell of smoke (the smoking level is floor 3, but the hallway air ducts are all interconnected, blowing smoke into the halls on all three floors). And the... More

We stayed here after flying from Boston, very tired after a long day. The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway and near a Lottaburger which is a must stop for a visit to New Mexico. For under $40 (booked online) we got two comfortable queen beds and a kitchenette. The room smelled fresh, no disinfectant smell which is... More

I almost stayed here but needed to travel a little further in my itinerary as it was early in the afternoon. I had questions about the next Motel 6 in another part of the state and the Front Desk person was super-helpful and pleasant. I really appreciated the time and effort.

Overall good hotel, living up to the brand for pricing and close to many local area attractions. My room was clean, however it was in real need of some fixing up in my bathroom and the thin walls let conversations spill over. There is no breakfast fare offered here except for that TERRIBLE Coffee Machine in the defunct breakfast area,... More

Staff was very friendly. When I asked for extra towels the young lady at the front desk quickly brought them up to me. My room was clean for being that is was a little run down. If the managment put some money into the place the hotel could be even nicer. I will definitely be staying at this hotel when... More
