But for the rest it's the worst hotel I've ever stayed at: -Badly maintained -No hot water -Toilet flush broken which made a lot of noise -Staff didn't speak any english -Breakfast seemed okay but I think that the sausages in my egg made me sick

I happened to stay at his hotel just for one night. Location is no doubt very good as you may sea from your window of some rooms. Foods are just ok as there are very few options in breakfast, also cleaneliness is big issue.

The vision of a luxury 5 star hotel is there but the management is not. Jan 2014 - We booked 3 rooms, 3 generations travelling together with dad's first return to our hometown after 32 years, the 3 days 2 nights we spent there were an absolute disappointment. Our van pulled up, no one came out to greet or assist.... More

Spent a few nights intermittently at the Sea-light whilst doing business. The hotel is imposing and has a restaurant, pool and function room. Stayed in a suite with great views of the ocean and the city below. The room was spacious, the bed huge. As often happens with hotels of this type the vision is not matched by reality. There... I spent 3 nights in a suite at this hotel during August as a stopover during my road trip from HCM City to Siem Reap. The good points: * unsurpassed water views and city views from a suite. You get 270 degree from NW to SW and the whole room is wrapped in floor to ceiling glass except for the... More

We visited this hotel about a month ago. Basically, this hotel is not up for service. During our one day and night stay, the electricity was disrupted four times....we almost got stuck in the elevator! Even when the electricity was out, it took sometimes for it to have their own hotel power to kick in! The air conditioner in my... More

I have stayed at the Sea light 4 times and found it to be reasonable as far as country VN goes.... The place is relatively new but lacks the personal touch in relation to cleaning and housekeeping. Rooms are comfortable, showers take more than 5 minutes to get warm water in the system, lifts are a bit slow and the... More

Sea Light Hotel is suppose to be a 4-star, but my experience with it was closer towards a 2 or 3 star (and that is reflected in the price). However, Rach Gia by itself is a fairly small and undeveloped town, so it won't surprise me if Sea Light is one of the best hotels in the area. First off,... More

I booked for the gym, and the running machines are sitting there with a sign that says “broken”, yesterday there wasn’t towels in the room, but that’s probably because I arrived earlier. Today for breakfast there was no bread, 5 minutes ago I wanted a Club Sandwich and there’s no Club Sandwich. Finally got back to my room, it’s 14.40... More

Stayed here for a night- I think we may have been the only guests in this large hotel! It's in the middle of no where land, although one day a new bridge is opening nearby which may improve things. Room was ok, large with a view as we were in the 6 th floor in this low rise city. Need... More
