I have stayed at the Sea light 4 times and found it to be reasonable as far as country VN goes.... The place is relatively new but lacks the personal touch in relation to cleaning and housekeeping. Rooms are comfortable, showers take more than 5 minutes to get warm water in the system, lifts are a bit slow and the... More

Sea Light Hotel is suppose to be a 4-star, but my experience with it was closer towards a 2 or 3 star (and that is reflected in the price). However, Rach Gia by itself is a fairly small and undeveloped town, so it won't surprise me if Sea Light is one of the best hotels in the area. First off,... More

I booked for the gym, and the running machines are sitting there with a sign that says “broken”, yesterday there wasn’t towels in the room, but that’s probably because I arrived earlier. Today for breakfast there was no bread, 5 minutes ago I wanted a Club Sandwich and there’s no Club Sandwich. Finally got back to my room, it’s 14.40... More

Stayed here for a night- I think we may have been the only guests in this large hotel! It's in the middle of no where land, although one day a new bridge is opening nearby which may improve things. Room was ok, large with a view as we were in the 6 th floor in this low rise city. Need... More

Everything about being here was incredible. The service was amazing. The deluxe room that we were upgraded to was perfect and modern. The reception and staff were really friendly and helpful. Close to the port that connects rach gia and phu quoc. Would def recommend to everyone and will stay here again!

Our overall experience with this hotel was disappointing!! General atmosphere and environment was depressing as there were few customers there. The rooms smelled unfresh. Breakfast was included but no much was offered except for poor quality coffee!!!!! We'll never stay there again....

Was in town to visit my sick grandmother and chose this hotel because it looked the most modern and safest. We stayed there for 3 nights and on the second night we realized that we were missing money from our luggage. A total of $900 CAD was taken right out of our bag. We even put the Do Not Disturb... The hotel is so-so: basic service is ok, friendly staff, but very poor breakfast, no mini-bar, no bar in the hotel, restaurant is closed. Face towels appeared in the bathroom only on the third day of my stay, AC is running, but the controls are blocked or just not working. Not for a long stay definitely.

A strange hotel! Could be good but just seems to not have things right. Staff were friendly. Ok for the one night we were there before getting the ferry to Phu Quoc. Breakfast was not good. Bot a place to be based for a long time. Great view from the lift but shame they don't have some sort of bar... More
