We stayed at Cassia Cottage at the end of our month-long trip and could not have been happier with our choice. The room was pleasant and tastefully decorated, the bathroom was lovely. The cinnamon soap was a very nice added touch. We bought some to take home and I am sad that we are out. The restaurant has a great... More

We booked there, not sure where we are going to end up. The cottage is located right by the beach. It is a nice garden really well maintain with good rooms. Without discount they can be a bit pricey but the great point is the staff. they are helpful and friendly in all possible manners. It is much above usual... More

Dear Edpi: Thanks for your terrific review. We're doing what we think we ought to, and it's great to be appreciated. All our staff start with a smile and follow with results. Really. it's especially gratifying from you- of your 55 reviews there are only nine with Five Stars and you're straight with your compliments and complaints both. Thanks for... More

On one of my travel to Phu Quoc, I passed by Cassia Cottage to enjoy a dinner. One of my friend had previously recommend me to try their Vietnamese food it. The food is tasty and their reasonable for a resort. The staff are very friendly and invite us to play beach volley with other customers. Special thanks to Amelie... More

We stayed in one of the beach villas for 3 nights in late April. It was suitable for our needs as 2 couples (a sibling reunion) - it was lovely to have our own private deck and lounge area. Good breakfasts. Lovely restaurant and great staff, kudos to Amelie and Dao. Overpriced for the quality of accommodations. Villas are basic... More

We stayed for 5 nights in April and for some of my family it's was there second stay here. We loved the relaxing and peaceful time spent at Cassia Cottages. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in 1b and our only gripe is the air conditioner needs up grading it's too small for such a big room.... More

Nice resort but overpriced. The room that we were in was a Garden room and for 154USD per night we expected more. It was quite small, the furniture was like IKEA and the bathroom was quite simple. Also, it wouldn´t have bothered us to have a TV in the room to watch a film or the news before going to... More

Dear Guest- Our staff are very friendly, because they are also over-priced. Really, we pay them well and they care about the guests, even when they are picky-picky. We absolutely agree with the IKEA-like furniture comment. First, IKEA makes good furniture, ethically produced from sustainable forests by well- paid staff. Just like us. We make our furniture locally, from trees... More

Our second year at Cassia and even better. Lau, the manager, was so kind and helpful. With a beautiful private beach and two pools this was the perfect place to relax at the end of a holiday. All the staff were helpful and always ready with a smile. One day we were planning to go to a beach on the... More

Dear Guest: You went to the wrong hotel and your travel agent should be hung out to dry on the internet, not us. We are NOT a Four star hotel. We are a 10 low density cottages in an 8000 M2 garden with two pools and a beach, unpretentious natural food, high thread count sheets and friendly staff. We didn't... More

This was our last accommodation in a 2 week stay in Vietnam and I have to say that it wasn't what I expected. Cassia appealed to us from the description of it being elegant, adults accommodation and no tv etc....However some of the things that let it down - When we checked in, there was some building construction in the... This is the perfect place to go if you just want to kick back and relax by the beach or one of the two pools on the property. The actual resort layout is so tastefully planned out with an open air spa at one end - did a 60min massage at sunset with the surf crashing in the background, which... More
