We had a beach side bungalow which was ten metres to the shore (awesome). I'm currently listening to the sound of the ocean as I write this review. However some of the other resort facilities that were promised did not live up to expectations. The restaurant food is awful as is the breakfast (except for the omelette man). We ate... More

The check in process was very poor at best, the first lady to help us was lacking communication skills and seemed like she could care less to help us. They could not find our reservation at first and then it took 3 tries to get our room correct. We had reserved a beach front and they tried to pawn off... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in early February, and we struggled with finding availability. We picked resort last minute, and it turned out to be nice. The location is walking distance to restaurants and the night market (not so great). I found the best food on the beach was at the other end of Long beach, so take the... More

Nice and quiet beach area, nice, big apartments, excellent breakfast, excellent coffee but could be warm(er), polite and helpful staff, short walk to "city center". Hotel area very quiet in mid january.

We stayed here for 4 nights over New Year having read the iffy reviews but accommodation on the island was very busy and we had little choice. Sadly those reviews were borne out. Few of the client facing staff spoke any English and even those who did spoke very very little and what we expected from customer service in a... More

Phu Quoc is rapidly changing......the national park has litter at the entrance but the night market is still a lot of fun. The snorkelling trip which you can take from the south of the Island is really nice not in the least because on the way overthere you can buy fresh fish from small boats and local fishermen. The Blue... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in October so it was quiet and the ocean was a bit choppy but you could still swim in it. We had a half duplex cabin near the beach and it was clean and comfortable but the furnishings were tired and the air conditioning rattled. I liked the fact that this resort is right... More

The location is ok. The service there is none, staff do not understand English and not helpful at all, everywhere we have stayed in Vietnam has been exceptional but here has really disappointed. The room has luke warm showers, the floor is sandy and not been swept, the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is poor and had to ask for... More

The room is not really nice, it is old but acceptable. If you can't get corporate rate, it would be higher in normal standard. I mean you can get better deal. Swimming pool is nice, but dont know why they built the bridge in the middle. I didn't see many ppl swimming around, just few kids with their fathers only.... More

Stay for two nights three days. Hotel was a little run down. We stayed in one of the villas and the aircon was blowing more hot than cool air. Breakfast was big let down so much so skipped it second morning. Staff generally helpful but staff in restaurant lack basic customer care training. The rating of this hotel appears overstated...
