Construction noise the whole day starts at 7:00am The smell in the bungalow is bad|even after cleaning horrible breakfast no wifi at the rooms only in the lobbynot like... More

I stayed here for 3 days & did not have any issues. The staff were friendly & the place was clean. The pool was clean & the breakfast was good. I will stay here again when I come back to Phu Quoc Island.

We went the whole family of 9 people to spend a few days at the beach. Booked this online and was rated 3* but when we showed up, it was only a 2* hotel. The location was great and direct access to the beach but everything else was a mess!!! The rooms were pretty old, not clean and stains everywhere... More

Arrived here after some confusion with the taxi driver. Ensure you get mialinh taxis as they are the safest taxis going around. Lots of tourists were at the hotel - which was goos because usually busy means that it must be a good place. However, whilst the location was excellent - right on the beach and really quiet, I killed... More

So, where to start. - after check in the first thing you do is inventory your room for things like clock on wall, light fixture, picture, 2 towels large, small etc to be sure not to be charged if it is missing. Don't worry they have a check sheet for you waiting in the room. - breakfast ok food, but... More

Phu Quoc Island is definitely geared towards couples, not single/solo travelers. The hotel was nice, the pool and showers were nice to rinse off the saltwater. Breakfast buffet was the best, massages on the beach were awesome. Staff are friendly but very hard to communicate with and didn't seem to be very attentive. AC and mini fridge in room was... More

We stopped here for lunch as we were starving, and after checking tripadvisors bad reviews we just ordered veggie food. I ordered a cheese roll with fries, and when it arrived it was a processed Ham sandwich. Sent it back and when it returned it was same sandwich but with ham removed and the chips were now stone cold?! Food... More

My partner and in went to Kim Hoa for 4 nights over Christmas. We had booked in advance in the beach bungalow room (had confirmation through) a few days later we had an email advising this was not available. However we managed to sort out a pool view for 2 nights and beach bungalow for 2 nights. (I am not... More

Not a great experience. Bad breakfast, noisy and dirty on the beach, staff more involved with chasing you for "stolen towels" than to be helpful. Would greatly benefit from new management. Choose any other resort along the same beach.

Vietnam has a few decades of catching up to do. Kim Hoa is a perfect example. The rooms are big, on the plus side. The negatives not yet mentioned by Bernie below: indifferent staff with poor English, the shower is just a shower head over the toilet, the beach is tiny and swarming with vacationing Russian families looking for dirt...
