After leaving another near by resort, that was pretty poor we didn't have much in the way of expectations for Mai House, but where pleasently blown away. We spent two nights in a sea view room and loved every moment of it. Staff where friendly from check in to check out, going above and beyond to help us out with... More

Mai House is one of those places which makes you feel relaxed and comfortable straight away, without even trying. We arrived and were greeted with a welcome drink and taken to our room. We had booked the sea view bungalow which was beautiful - spacious, views of the sea over the lawns, fully equipped with everything you would want. I... More

The staff is very accommodating, management/owner however seem bias more toward Westerner/European/American tourists. The lady owner speaks French and don’t think she knows that we also speak French, but they preferred English. They claimed they don’t get many Asian travelers. We stayed more than a week and love their service staff and cuisine. They looked so young and yet so... More

We were so lucky that we arrived on the island during low season as we had previously booked with another hotel- which wasn't great at all. So we called Mai house and they still had rooms left on the day. The young woman at the reception was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She showed us two rooms, one with a... More

I stayed here a week and found it to be a good resort with friendly staff and daily cleaned bungalows with fresh towels for both beach and bathroom provided daily. The breakfast, included, was freshly prepared eggs bacon and fresh bread, some cereal and fruit also. Generally speaking very good. The only constructive criticism I have is that our room... More

We received a complimentary upgrade on arrival to a sea facing bungalow. The property was beautiful, very comfortable and relaxing. The management and staff were friendly and attentive and the restaurant served up some delicious food. The private beach is a real asset of this resort as there is plenty of space and loungers to take advantage of. The only... More

The resort was absolutely gorgeous and the customer service was impeccable. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing - fresh fruits, crepes et all. I had the best foot reflexology at the Mai House Spa. It's also in a really convenient location, it's remote yet a close taxi ride to the market. I'm beyond... More

We really liked this resort! The staff was friendly, the private beach was lovely and the breakfast was good! We stayed here for two nights and we really recommend this place. We ate one night at the restaurant, which was ok. Nothing special. The bungelows were very humid, but after while you didnt noticed it anymore.

We stayed here for 3 nights in August. Location - About 5 minutes by taxi to night market that cost around $45,000 dong. There are many bars, eateries, resorts, spa and mini mart surrounding this place. We stayed in Bungalow 10 which faces the sea view. Staff - Apart from waiters who don't really understand English, we have no problem... More
