I would not really recommend this place as a mid-range hotel. We paid $35 (it was low season), but it is priced over $50 in the high season, taking it firmly into the mid-range level for Vietnam. This is frontier tourism at it's best. Sadly in another few years I think places like the Tropicana will be taken over by big resorts.
