I was only there for one day, but the place is awsome. The seaview bungalow had a nice view from the terrasse and the outdoor bathtop, and the bungalow itselve was so nice and different from other bungalows. the resort was greate with a nice pool, green surroundings and a nice beach. The people in the place was helpfull and did... More

I was staying in both the "VIP" and Seaview bungalows. The VIP bungalow is not worth the extra money (I got it for no extra charge for three nights). Rats or some other animals had a party every night behind the walls and the roof, sometimes getting uncomfortably loud. Bathroom was dark, seats on the veranda more for decoration than... More

Marvelous pearl on the island of pearls! Top confort very privative bungalows on the side of the hill built in noble materials, noble wood, local stone, top interior distribution, wooden and stone pavement, view on the magnific bay (even from the shower!), terrasse with rocking chairs and bath tub with view on the bay, top service, nice restaurant but no... We stopped here for lunch and was met with the warmest of welcomes. We had some juices and a light meal. Both were nice enough. The manager asked us if we'd like to stay and use facilities for free, pool and sunbeds on beach. We've decided to go back tomorrow for the day. I do not have any problems with... More

It was probably the worst accomodation ever. Not only that it was very bad, but it was outrageously expensive for the offered disaster. - no hot water in the shower - no beach in the booked beach resort - TV just for decoration, the same for the bath tube with no water - no private bathroom ( the toilet was... We just check in CHEZ CAROL RESORT today. we booked beach front room, looking forward view from room. But when we got reception they say there's no seaborne room, just we offer you garden view room. Sure we try to prepare us sea view room, but they are not. And they also say, the balance rate will not cash back,... More

Really don't like to write poor reviews for places with problems but who are at least trying to fix them. However this place has huge problems and is not trying at all. You can read to the end of this review, or save yourself the trouble and look for another place to stay. A huge shame as the location is... More

This was the second place where we stayed on Phu Quoc. There were almost no other guests during our stay. We had the pool, the beach, the rental equipment, all for ourselves. This is exactly why we wanted to go to Phu Quoc. Some time for ourselves. The location is isolated but the facility was neat and well organised. Unfortunately... More
