This was the second place where we stayed on Phu Quoc. There were almost no other guests during our stay. We had the pool, the beach, the rental equipment, all for ourselves. This is exactly why we wanted to go to Phu Quoc. Some time for ourselves. The location is isolated but the facility was neat and well organised. Unfortunately... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chez Carole. Amazing view, peace and quiet, friendly staff and great service. We loved the pool. Wish the tub on the veranda had hot water, but other than that we wouldn't change a thing.

This place was amazing, the decoration is really elaborated, with beautiful flowers everywhere. The resort is away from all so it’s perfect if you’re looking for quite, peace and rest. The rooms are not really big but it’s warmhearted, the rooms are mainly made with woods and I think it gives a more. There’s a private beach and a lagoon,... More

Private beach is full of garbage. Swimming pool is not well maintaining which has broken stones and broken wooden deck. Isolated location, absolutely nothing around and inside the resort. Room is poor designed. They are dark, and especially the washroom is extremely ugly and inconvenient. The air conditioner is so weak, you have to wait for 5 hour to cool... More

The resort is on an amazing location, unfortunately, all the employees kindness can't beat such a bad management.... I booked thru Hotels.com 2 nights there and the price was honestly two times what it's worth. Although the resort leads to an almost private beach and its own lagoon, it is incredibly dirty... The transats and chairs are always messed up... More

It s an okay place but really out of the way, there is nothing around there, if you want to go out for a meal forget it. There are far better places to stay at a better price, sorry I hate being negative but this is a bad place to stay in Phu Quoc

We went to the hotel to check the price because we wanted a better hotel then where we were staying. They said the room would be 120 USD garden view and 140 USD seas view. We went the next day to book the room. The person in the reception said that the price is 150 USD and not 120 USD.... More

Its taken me a while to write this review because I don't want to write a bad one. We booked through Agoda three months in advance for a Jan 2014, 3 night stay. We are a family of 4 with two adult daughters and I booked two rooms - one beach front and one ocean view. It was a good... More
