We arrived on Phu Quoc island after spending a few days in HCMC and then in the Mekong Delta, and our jaws dropped at how beautiful the beaches were there. After spending so much time in a stuffy and sweltering city, this seemed like paradise. We were shown to our bungalow, which included a porch with two hammocks, mosquito netting... More

My boyfriend and I arrived in Phu Quoc with no accommodation booked. Thankfully we bumped into Rory, from the bar and restaurant Rory's which you must check out just a few meters down and he pointed is in the right direction for affordable accommodation. We checked out about 5 places along long beach and Nhat Lan was definitely the nicest,... More

The hotel have good points and others. The good point is close the beach and have restaurant at front of the beach ( without sand, but at front ) , many of the bungalows are almost at beach. The bad point is > the beach not have sand, really dont have the beach at this point ( only 1 or... More

We stayed for 4 nights and overall we're quite satisfied with the accommodation. Very little English spoken by staff but they tried their best to be helpful. Our bungalow next to the beach was an idyllic setting but the air con didn't work very well which I understand is a problem with many of the units in other hotels on... More

Very beautiful bungalow, but this was ruined by really bad experience. It was the beginning of my stay in Vietnam, so I knew exactly how much money I spent and how much I had left. We left bungalow in the morning and we spent a whole day discovering the island and we were also on the beach. I thought that... More

This place is acceptable no more and no less. We knew Phu Quoc is more expensive than the rest of Vietnam and this place proved that. The rooms further away from the beach are the least renovated and worth avoiding. The rooms close to the beach are quite nice though. Definitely bargain hard here.

The people were really unfriendly and they were unable to speak English. We didn't have any water in the room, so we couldn't even take a shower. The motorbike we rent didn't have any fuel, so we almost had to walk the first part. The food at the restaurant was not good either, the place is lovely, but the curry... More

We booked a Family Garden Bungalow with Fan for our 3 days stay at Nhat Lan Resort. The room was clean and spacious with nice decoration. It was just relaxing to sit back on the front porch, and enjoy the sea breeze with the whispering waves from afar. Beachside restaurant serves delicious food with reasonable price. Staff was helpful and... More

As good as the food is and as beautiful a location as this is, the hotel staff are colluding together to steal anything that isn't secure. We were warned by someone who was staying there that they had had their wallet stolen from a locked room. We put it down to bad luck, a mistake or thinking that you shouldn't... More

We found this place by total chance, was expecting the island to be quite expensive but we were actually very positively surprised. A double bungalow with fan and private bathroom goes for 15$ per night, the restaurant is quite reasonably priced too, about 1$ for a bottle of beer, 1,5$ for a plate of fried rice with meat and 7$...
