I say that because actually this place ticks all the right boxes but is simply spoilt by the way it is being run and by the way the family that run it intrude upon your holiday with their noise. They basically treat the resort as an extension of their living room and so as a consequence of this their very... More

We stayed in this guesthouse three nights. They have many bungalows and a restaurant on the beach but we stayed in the new bungalows that have been built recently. They stand 100 m behind the beach. These bungalows are pretty and super clean, with fan, aircon, fridge, hot water. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, especialy regarding problem... More

So we've been staying here for the past 4 nights. Great location on the beach. The accommodation is nice but we went for the cheaper alternative so we're 50 yards off the front and without air conditioning in a twin room. This cost us $100 between me and my friend. Well worth it. The maids have been in the room... More

We stayed for 3 nights there and eat at the restaurant for almost all the meals. It's a very cool place, near the airport, city centre and right at the nice beach. The room is very quiet, and lovely with free wifi and free breakfast The restaurant is right on the beach which has really nice food, especially the carry... More

We stayed there 6 nights. Mainly they charged us to much, instead of the 30$ which we agreed on they charged us 40$ when we checked out, which is absolutely unacceptable (if you agreed on a price it is fix!). The service in the resorts restaurant (as well as all of the staff) are absolutely incompetent. I ordered food, after... More

This place has very cute and modern looking beach side bungalows for $50 USD per night with a hammock on your front porch. The room was very clean, comfy beds for Vietnam, good working A/C and the price was fairly reasonable. The staff couldn't speak much english, and were just ok. There is a nice restaurant just in front of... More

Excellent family run hotel. Rooms in main building are better value than bungalows unless you like cute. Beach chair shortage is a problem and people think throwing a towel down early morning claims them all day. Just assert your rights and take a chair by actually occupying it.Breakfast only adequate and restaurant expensive but still would recommend and go back.

Nice bungalows in garden like atmosphere. And the beach is just by the sea :) (less than 2m from the restaurant) Wi-fi was working at most of time. Mosquito nets are available in reception by request. Restaurant was the best in Phu Quoc. Specially noodles, curries and grilled seafood.

Great location and loved the rustic feel of Nhat Lan BUT bad booking experience. Confirmed booking through Booking.com but on arrival were informed that bungalow was not in garden area near beach as reflected on website but at another newly built venue far from beach and main resort (same owner, but different place). Were given a grotty room adjoining reception... More

We stayed at Nhat Lan Hotel for four nights and we were very disappointed. On arrival, they told us that the room we booked (air con, 80 metres to the beach) was further away up the street. When we insisted that we wanted to stay in a bungalow in the garden area near the beach we were given a fan... More
